The Hotel is good, in good condition, beautiful, but expensive for the quality and the standard. I´v
Pros:

Hotel Checking Hall has a pretty good view

Cons:

The room was for handcap/incapable. The bed is too low, the mattress too old and not confortable, the space between bed and the wall its too narrow, making impossible to walk safely and the shower is not confortable, the shower wasnt working properly. In general, the Hotel seems to be old, the carpet already faded.

sehr tolle Adresse, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hin
Pros:

das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Lage ist toll, man kann aus den oberen Etagen den Verkehr auf den Autostrassen beobachten. die Metro ist in weniger als 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

5 star all round! Great staff & Hotel. Would stay again. Loved the pool
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, super helpful and friendly staff, great buffet breakfast and city views. Rooftop infinity pool was also great to relax in with fabulous view too. Room was spacious, very clean and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Odd reception was on level 20, but concierge on ground floor were very helpful. cant fault the hotel otherwise.

Pros:

スタッフの対応、施設の清潔さ、景色の素晴らしさ(漢江ビュー)、モーニングのヴュッフェ、どれをとっても最高でした。
85歳の母と妹との3人で、エキストラベッドを用意していただいてましたが、その辺りもとても親切で、何も言わないのにエレベーター付近の部屋にしていただいていて、ぜひまた宿泊したいです。

Goed, professioneel 5-sterren hotel, maar wel wat steken laten vallen.
Pros:

Mooie, moderne en grote kamers, mooi uitzicht vanuit ontbijtzaal. Goed ontbijt als je voor Aziatisch kiest. Professioneel schoon en groot hotel, met mooi zwembad, en erg mooie fitnessruimte. Totaal geen geluiden van andere gasten gehoord, wat ik erg belangrijk vind.

Cons:

Ontbijt is erg goed als je voor Aziatisch kiest (warm), maar Europese deel is slecht. Alle broodvariaties zijn niet vers en droog. Dan beter helemaal niet aanbieden. Ruime badkamer, maar onpraktisch en onconfortabel rond bad, de douche had weinig druk en thermostaat was niet stabiel. De bedden waren wel vrij smal, zeker voor een familiekamer.

Daarnaast een vervelende ervaring. Wij hadden onze airpods op de kamer laten liggen tijdens de schoonmaak, en die waren na terugkomst weg. Die hadden beter in de kluis gekund, maar je verwacht dit niet in zo een hotel. We hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie, maar die reageerden totaal ongeïnteresseerd.

River view room is worth paying extra for
Pros:

Location was good, near bus and metro. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel is very nice, the view from the lobby on 20th floor is amazing. We had 5 nights, the first 2 in a city view room then we upgraded to a river view room. If possible, I would definitely recommend paying for the river view room, it was much nicer as well as having an excellent view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay again.
