Gorgeous.
Pros:

Clean room, beautiful views, incredibly lovely staff. I was staying with my sister, after the first night they started doubling the complimentary items (from 2 waters to 4, from 4 coffees to 8 and from 4 teas to 8).

They were so attentive with our belongings and always carefully folded the pajamas we left on the bed and even organized our items around the sink on top of towels.

Loved the beautiful atmosphere and made me wish I spent more time inside by the end of my stay.

The cafe on the ground floor has the most divine pain au chocolat! Didn't get to try room service either but the options looked amazing.

There's a 7eleven a short 1-2 min walk away from the hotel entrance which also has such friendly staff! ATM right next to it too. Metro station is a short 5 min walk away. I loved everything.

Cons:

The location isn't the best if you want to efficiently visit all of Seoul in short time. I also did lots of shopping and found it difficult to plan for dropping my bags off at the hotel mid-day, so I had to carry things around with me all day which was quite inconvenient. But I knew that while booking so it didn't bother me too much.

Very clean, friendly personnel and beautiful facilities. All requests and questions were answered by the staff without any issues, I truly enjoyed the stay.

Pros:

It absolutely ticked all the boxes. Beautiful presentation. Great facilities. Fantastic views of the Han river. Staff were exceptional. Food was good to great. Easy access, pick up and drop off area for transport. Concierge service was response, timely and on point.

Cons:

Shower over the bath was problematic for someone with arthritis.

スタッフが大変親切でした。コンシェルジュの担当の方は、レストラン探しなど、本当に親切に対応してくださり、また、一階のベーカリーの店員の方も素晴らしいサービスで本当に親切でした。とにかくスタッフの質が高く、それがサービスの高さに反映されており、素晴らしいホテルでした。次回ソウルに行く時も確実に利用すると思います。なお、朝食もとても良いです。

It is truly a five star hotel. We stayed at the river view suite and the view was spectacular. The room was the biggest room I have ever stayed in Seoul. The service was excellent as well. They quickly get back to us every time we needed anything. It was a very pleasant stay, On top of that we enjoyed the amenities: the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool and the fitness center. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Only minor items. Our toilet had a foul smell that we could not get rid of. We have also requested to stay at the highest possible floor but they only gave us the 10th floor. Other than those, we had a pleasant stay.
