waste of time & energy. we already paid for the room but they still give other people the room.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was a little tricky to find. Small car park area. Beautiful beach right in front of accommodation. Only saw a couple of fisherman the whole 2 days we stayed.

Cons:

Needs a lot of TLC. Very run down sadly, never saw any staff. Key left in room door for us. We did have a powercut during stay. Only had contact with a staff member via WhatsApp. The upstairs was mainly wooden floors and basically falling apart. Bins were overflowing and outside seating was damaged. This place has so much potential as the beach is absolutely stunning. The hotel next door is open but the food was also poor quality.
Definately overpaid for what we got. We got family room. 4 beds in one concrete walled room with doors opening to outside. (We were downstairs). 2 bathrooms, concrete walls and floors. Aircon in the room was welcomed.

All ddnt like coz WE DRIVE FROME KOTA KINABALU THEN NO ONE ATTEND US WHEN ARRIVED THERE. WAITING TOO LONG AND MAKE US LEAVE THEN CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. POOR POOR POOR. BAD EXPERIENCE. SORRY.

I enjoy the SUNSET, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSET I've ever seen in Malaysia.
Pros:

The location SUPERB, privacy beach and clean. I enjoy the sunset. We are not really paying for the accommodation BUT we are actually paying for the location, view and privacy. I will come again in future with my other relatives although have to travel 2 hours from Kota Kinabalu, still worth it.

Cons:

Looks like the caretaker, OYO and Booking.com are NOT SYNCRONIZE with each other. No booking payment needed earlier so, the caretaker has the principle of "first come first serve', hence although you have confirmation with Booking.com, you are not guaranteed for the accommodation. Just imagine after driving 2 hours to this place, you have no room to sleep... This may happen to others in future. Something to be done fast to overcome this problem....
