The hotel is very new. The rooms are nice, but some things still aren't working, like TVs. The rooms still lack furniture, such as chairs or storage for clothing.
The location is wonderful but remote and food service is limited.

El lugar es hermoso!
Antes de la remodelación era muy bonito y cómodo, con ella aún más!!!! . Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos y quedamos satisfechos!
y con muchísimas ganas de regresar ☺️☺️☺️

Excelente ubicación, para ir caminando a las cabañas de ostiones en aticama, en general bien costo precio- calidad.

Esta muy a gusto tanto las instalaciones,
Cuartos , piscina y el acceso a la playa. Solo que nos tocó cuando estaban remodelando o construyendo una parte del hotel asi que habia ruido y algunas areas estaban canceladas y sucias.

Everything was great! There was construction, but didn't bother us really, except that the bar and restaurant were not open, but there were still places to sit and relax around the pool. The only thing I have to complain about are the sinks in the bathrooms!! They are so ridiculously small that you hit your head on the wall when brushing your teeth or attempting to wash your face!! They really need to rethink them, and replace with something larger and user friendly!
Other than that, staff was great, rooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable. The staff even collected wood and made us a bonfire on the beach, set up chairs, brought out a Bluetooth speaker for music! And they made us all instant coffee in the morning, because we were sad there was no restaurant Alberto and Very nice!

Todo muy bien, el.personal muy amable, las instalaciones em general bien, fuimos fuera de temporada y estabam haciendo arreglos y remodelacion que no afectaron nuestra estancia pero se ve que quedara aun mas bonito

Es una propiedad no apta para hotel, padillo sucio, alberca con limite de calefaccion, el bar cierra a las 6 pm, yno hay donde comer, cenar, el personal no atentos,

No es Spa, está ubicado dentro de un coto donde hay casas y en esas hay ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, la habitación, es demaciado sencilla el baño no es funcional debes dejar cosas en el piso, la entrada al lugar de la carretera está en pesimas condiciones, hace que peguen los coches. La atención de el personal deja mucho que desear no brindan soluciones.
