We will 100% choose Hyatt Regency to stay again, we loved it!
Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was incredible, we had a high floor room on the backside of the property so we had a nice view, and it was so quiet in our room!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that the elevator required you to scan your keycard to get to your room. This wasn’t explained at check in and I missed the plaque in the elevator telling us to do that. The staff member that helped me was so nice and helpful about it though!

I told the front desk I was celebrating a anniversary and they surprise me with a bottle of champagne. Now that is exceptional service.

Pros:

Kaiden front desk host Angel and McKenzie in the Cafe

All three were AMAZING

Kaiden, was legit giving me advice on where to eat and the suggested restaurants did not disappoint. Kenzi, had amazing customer service and was at times singlehandedly holding the café down even with big crowds!!

Angle, this young man was cleaning the gym TOP to bottom. As a manager my self is know how hard it is to have a team go over and beyond EVEN when no one is watching. You have an amazing staff and the hotel was very nice. I hope it's where we continue to have conferences.

Great stay in general, other than the shower issue. Great staff!

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, staff was awesome! The amenities were amazing!

Cons:

The first night we checked in the handle on the shower broke; it was 10 pm so we let it go, we had family also staying at the hotel so we showered in their room. They fixed it first thing in the morning, but....we had no hot water, and had a wedding rehearsal to go to, so we showered again in our family's room the next day. It was fixed by the time we got back at 11 pm, but that meant one day with no showers if we had not had the family option. I expected to be comped in some way, but it didn't happen. Maybe I should have asked or pushed for it, but I thought it should have been offered
