Always a pleasure
Pros:

The staff just rocks here. EVERY time I come. They do great with crowd control and managing large groups, all ages. I look for an excuse to come really.

Cons:

(This isn't on the hotel...) I did not like the children screaming outside who were throwing cornhole bags all over the place and jumping on and leaping over the cornhole boards. Those parents need some coaching. The hotel might consider not allowing children in the back after 9pm. Some of us do go to hotels to SLEEP. The desk was very helpful when I finally called to report this and it stopped fairly quickly after that.

The staff were all so nice! Kaden at the front desk and David at the on site restaurant Conroux. The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The hotel itself and our room were great!

Kept awake all night by motion sensor lighting.
Pros:

The room was very clean and the entire hotel smelled nice and was tidy and maintained. Check in and check out were great and our room request was fulfilled. The room in general was very nice.

Cons:

Staying with my toddler and baby was an actual nightmare because of the stupid motion sensor lights under the bed. We could not get a light in the bathroom to stay on as a nightlight for our toddler but oh well. But what was just ridiculous and frankly unacceptable were the lights that turned on under the bed every time anyone shifted enough or god forbid got up. The lights woke the baby up ALL NIGHT and I had to take him out of his cot to not get lights blasted in his face. The desk staff said there was a way to turn them off at checkout but we sure couldn't find it in the middle of the night or knew we needed to before bed. The over engineering just sucked.

The other let-down was the restaurant. The food was sort of okay but the service was a joke. Our server was nice but so slow and made several trips to our table before she would take our order, didn't ask if we wanted a kids' menu until after we ordered for the toddler off the adult menu, and put the orders for all of her tables in at once when the kitchen had been twiddling their thumbs for half an hour. We had to ask mutliple times for some things. It seemed like it was really busy despite not many people being there at all.

Pros:

This please has gone down hill.. To say the least the staff is no kind and can’t control unruly guests. Do not expect a goodnight sleep. 0 out of 10 Go anywhere else!
