Pros:

スタッフの対応は良かった。後述する部屋替えにも問題なく応じてもらえた。

Cons:

伝統的な造りのヴィラは雰囲気は良かったが、気密性が低く虫やトカゲが入り込みやすい上に外からの音もかなり取り込んでしまっていた。特に、隣の敷地に放し飼いされている鶏たちの早朝４時からの甲高い鳴き声が断続的に響いてきて厄介。実際何度も起こされてしまい、よく眠れず部屋替えを依頼した（結果、ヴィラの値段を払ったうえで低いランクの部屋になった）。ハイクラスの部屋であるのに、余暇がリラックスできないのはいかがなものかと思う。
また、ビーチには15分以上は歩かなければならないのに加え、朝食付きのコースばかりだけれど品数は少なめで連泊していると飽きてきてしまう。

Это отель, о котором можно сказать идеальный . Начиная , от встречи на ресепшене и охладительных напитков , продолжая номером , его функционалом и потрясающим постельным бельем и полотенцем , и заканчивая просто удивительным, сказочным персоналом !

Рекомендую, убирались хорошо. Даже приготовили мне хороший завтрак в день экскурсии, огромная благодарность за это.
Pros:

Вкусные завтраки 😋 хорошее расположение, персонал очень приветливый, комната шикарная, мне все очень понравилось, я бы вернулась если решила остановится на Нуса Дуа.

Cons:

Нет пляжного полотенца. Это все таки курортный/пляжный отель.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel. Le fait d'être un peu excentré de la route principale qui fait le tour de l'île permet d'avoir un espace calme sans que tout le monde puisse regarder en passant devant l'hôtel. La chambre est très bien tenu et plutôt luxueuse 👍

Cons:

Les murs mériteraient peut-être d'être un chouïa mieux insonorisé, je n'ai pas eu de chance il y a eu un enfant qui pleurait dans la chambre d'à côté et je l'entendais plutôt bien 😅

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Os quartos são muito grandes e muito limpos e modernos. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem.

Cons:

O que menos gostamos foi exatamente da localização. Só nos apercebemos após termos chegado. O pequeno almoço é bom, é cuidado, embora a sala podia ser mais fresca para fazer a refeição.

Brilliant, I would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here!

Great staff, clean room, lovely pool, brilliant breakfast that changed everyday.

Cons:

When we first arrived, the TV was broken. However they got the maintenance man in straight away to replace it.
