Location was great, close to Nusa Dua and Benoa point and about 30-40 minutes to Kuta.
It is in a residential area so some noise from locals

Pool was small, but sufficient.
The staff were amazing!
The Hotel is new, modern, nice and clean. The room is quiet big and the bett was comfortable. Even the hotel is located on a busy street, but the rooms are in the back and was quiet. The swimming pool was nice, clean and we could enjoy some time there. The restaurant was nice, breakfast was good with friendly and caring staffs. The staffs of the hotel were friendly and professional. We felt warm welcoming and relaxed there. It was about 10 Minutes walking to the beautiful beach.
The room was a bit dark with almost no direct sunlight. The bathroom was very nice and clean, but has no windows.

Very comfortable and big room, quiet, no noise from neighbours or the street. Buffet breakfast was good. People were all extremely nice nas helpful.

Food, especially the filter coffee is a must try and overall it was upto the mark
Just the 3pm check in time which is not standard as compared to 2pm in all other places in bali

1. Drinking water quantity was usually insufficient (two small bottles). However, they provided added bottles on request.
2. We checked in at around 2.00am of 5-th Aug (scheduled chk in date was 4-Aug). However, during chk out, we were told to vacate the two rooms by 1.00pm. Unless new guests are waiting to occupy the same rooms, a little more flexibility would have been welcome. We had to wait at the reception for 3 hrs because of departure flight in the evening.
3. Toilet drain pipes need cleaning to avoid foul smell.

The staff at Bali Sunshine were all really lovely and accommodating. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, and the room is really good value for money. I'd definitely recommend
