Pros:

We absolutely loved staying with Mr D.B.Singh and his wife and team at Saptpuri Varanasi. I didn’t expect the level of personalised care and the gorgeous surroundings of this property. I loved the architecture, the gardens and the view over Ganga…. This place felt like Heaven on Earth. Our host arranged Ayurvedic treatments for us and gave us excellent recommendations. Our food was so sattvic and I will never forget their arranging a late night supper for us as we arrived late. Amidst the busy location of Varanasi, this boutique hotel is a shangri -La 🌿

Pros:

Beautiful luxurious rooms and common areas. Small quite, calm property right next to Ganges with surreal views. Staff calm polite, attentive and caring. Food … simple, delicious and freshly made to choice.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and beautiful! Wonderful view of the Ganges river. The owners and staff are so sweet. They made amazing home made dishes, far more personal than a large hotel would. Highly recommend!

Pros:

The property is clean and on the banks of Ganga. The rooms are spacious and had comfortable beds. However, our room preference wasn’t respected. We had 2 cottages but we were lied by staff that we had only 1 cottage. The staff did not inform us of the change but instead directed us to a room. That was unexpected. Then dining here was a nightmare. We ordered an hour in advance, received the order 2hrs later. The food was served cold, tasteless and bread was 1 bite size. Price was exorbitant considering poor quality and service. Checkout experience was even worse. Staff took 2 hours to get us our luggage and bill. On top of this the owner was super arrogant.
There are better hotels with good service, food and location.
