Disappointing
Pros:

It looked like a decent property on Booking, but when we reached the location we realized it doesn’t even have a proper approach road. The cars have to parked outside the property in a very shabby area and you have to walk all the way via a small lane, which is not even paved. The pool looked very shabby, so did everything about the property. We were a group of 4 families and they also messed with our booking by not giving one of us the rooms we had booked. We had to cancel this stay and had to book elsewhere last minute.

Cons:

Approach is horrible, as cars can’t enter through the narrow lane. Rains make the lane extremely sticky, muddy and slippery. An absolute NO for people with physical disabilities and senior citizens.

We didn’t end up staying here as our room was not available.
Pros:

The staff was polite and helpful. They dealt with all issues very respectfully.

Cons:

This is a 2 or 3 star property marked as a four star. The approach to the resort was extremely poor and cars cannot come close to it. So one has to walk through rows of private houses and puddles to get to it. The booking system doesnt work well apparently as our confirmed room via booking dot com was not available when we reached.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and the place was tidy. It's right on the beach and in the season would be amazing for swimming. It was off season, so we couldn't swim in the sea.

View from the room.. Great Chef's in both shift...great collection of sea fishes , lobster and cooking with great care ....finally producing fabulous Healthy, Tasty food ..

Very good resturants staffs including Trainees Like Mr.Dominque from Mapusa...

Cons:

Pathetic shortage of quality Crokeries, hot pots for tea / coffee, in room dinning food service without duly covered by Hot pots , bio- degradable plastic sheets or covers...

Plastic glasses for evening Whisky [ it causes Cancer in high possibilities] were send ...

Young , energetic in room dinning staffs / trainees were helpless ....but were highly apologetic ...for such situations..

But Sir " General Manager " ' ' - never seen on floor on such a small property and always in side his Personal Ac Cabin...

The whole hearted efforts of entire staffs ....goes for toss , when GM is sleeping and not active to provide good support to his team...

He seems more like a Coach , rather than a on field playing Captain..

Cons:

The bed-sheet and the pillow were dirty. The room 4106 is near the exhaust of the restaurant opposite to the building and that is very annoying. I’ve been to the property before but this time it was upsetting.

Fabulous stay and I will visit again and recommend friends and family
Pros:

The property is on the beach which Is so pristine , the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful . I loved the breakfast time which extended till noon and the food variety was good To mention room service was quite fast and food was great . Over all an excellent stay

Front office staff not at all experenced , no idea about the locations , how to reach , how to get taxi, etc. Front office handling very slow .during check out, kept me waiting for 40 minits inspite of remainding them previous day aswell as early morning to keep the bills ready.Car wont reach the property . Road ends in another property and we have to walk to reach the property.Lunch and dinner limited menu and high priced. No local resturants or shops nearby .

Lovely stay on mandrem beach
Pros:

Amazing location right by the beach. Pool is inviting and sheltered from sunlight to some extent. Good variety for breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They give free upgrades if available.. we were given an upgrade from the sea view room to the premium room which had the best view.

Cons:

No sunbeds on the beach unlike other resorts in the same area. Parking is outside the resort and there is a small walk up to the resort. You need to inform the valet/reception 15 mins before you want the car.

Wonderful and comfortable stay at a beautiful property
Pros:

Beautiful, clean room. Great service from all staff: reception, waiters/waitresses (Mr. Eliston and co.), the valet team, the pool boys (Mr Ajay and co.), the housekeeping team, all contributed to a super comfortable stay. Great pool and great location. The garden was beautiful. Food served at the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The view from my room 5002 wasn't ideal, the sea only partially viewable. Lack of a restaurant/bar with a sea view. Would have loved for there to have been an in hotel hot tub/sauna or spa facility.
