Todo estuvo excelente, solo un detalle con el minisplit.
Solo que fallo el minisplit. Pero eso se corrige. Así son más maquinas.
Hola!!!! La cama me encantó, súper cómoda!!! , las almohadas muy limpias y de buena calidad, para dormir bien. Eso es muy importante para mí!!! La decoración de la habitación muy linda :)
El convenio con los estacionamientos, se me hace muy caro 350 por la noche, un robo. No habíamos pagado tanto

El minisplit no funciona correctamente, nunca enfrió el cuarto, si no fuera porque abrí la ventana y afuera hacia frío no aguanta
Location & appearance
It’s not comfortable. Furnishings seem chosen for looks but not comfort or practicality. The lights were not on in the hallway in the evening so we had to use our phones to see our way.
Sehr schöner Raum, und sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Gerne wieder.

Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Very clean (and pretty much new). Amenities were nice too. Location is really good and while we were able to find a parking space outside, they have a special tariff in a nearby parking lot.

The staff was lovely and very helpful! The design and decor of the hotel was also beautiful and the location perfect 😍! Overall we loved it.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning, but the staff was super quick to fix it for us.
My husband and I stayed here for a week while exploring Queretaro and taking day trips. What we loved the most was the location. It's close and walkable to everything in the Centro without being in the noisy part. And it's just a block north of the main drag, so it's easy to be dropped off by Uber or a cab. We slept well every night, even though we went during the independence day festivities. This place was an oasis to enjoy Queretaro.
The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive -- Andre helped answer all our questions and even printed out directions for us to get to Bernal by bus!
The continental breakfast in the courtyard was perfect for starting they day. The cleaning staff kept our room so clean. The only issue we had was very small (shower wasn't draining) and resolved within just a couple hours.
The pool is small but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon.
The room had an air conditioner, but the building never gets hot ... opening the window gave us a nice breeze and kept us cool even without it on.
I can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place. We will absolutely stay again.
Great location near town center. Nice and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
