Cons:

Better be ready to spend an hour at the bar to get a soft drink or carry your own pillows back to the room. Room had its own mood, at night AC went to sleep. Housekeeping really wasn’t interested in working as it was a service we had to ask instead of a daily task. Overall eye opening experience but this girl behind the bar and Reception staff were lovely, they need to be paid more.

Facilities: (1)the TV didn’t work, (2) the coffee and tea facilities are poor,no milk only dried milk power, and no decent tea or coffee, thin wooden sticks in substitute for spoons, paper cup instead of cups. Hence why for the price it’s 3star

Pros:

Bien situé près de l’aéroport avec la navette, un gros plus. La chambre est impeccable, la literie, douche. Belle surprise derrière l’hôtel, plusieurs bons restos.

Cons:

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et quelle déception. Les plats ne sont pas souvent renouvelés donc après 8:00 hres, il n’y avait presque plus rien ( nourriture, ustensiles).

Stayed here for four nights on a last minute trip with my youna son
Overall our stay was really lovely, lots of positives that mean we would certainly return.
Special thank you to Abraham on the front desk he was a refreshina breath of fresh air, he really went out of his way to go above and beyond with the level of his service and my son took a shining to his lovely personality.
We had booked a Junior suite on the 7th floor but unfortunately on the second day we had to change rooms due to a non working mini fridge and significant noise levels from the carriageway at the front.
We switched to a interconnecing family room which was at the back but so much quieter, although you could sometimes hear clunking from the lift.

The hotel was verv clean and presentable but very basic with its furnishings and amenities there is no extra bathroom items such as shower cap or earbuds etc which you would expect for a four star
The spa is absolutely wonderful, so clean and a great complimentary addition, we loved this. There is also a water cooler in there.
Breakfast unfortunately avoid, lacking in quality and variety and we couldn't eat here again. They do have a costa machine which was a bonus however.

Ps thank you to the manager for the lovely gifts. The chocolates were superb

Önemli bir sorun yaşamadım ama tekrar tercih etmem.
Pros:

Havaalanı servisi olması çok iyi. Mesafenin kısa olması nedeniyle otele ve dönerken havaalanına hızlıca ulaştık.
Check-in işlemi gayet hızlıca yapıldı ve resepsiyonda çalışanlar yeterince yardımcı oldular.
Kahvaltı makul derecede çeşitliydi. Özellikle tavsiye edilemez ancak yeterliydi.
Otelin konumu tramvay hattı üzerinde ve durağa çok yakın. Bu ulaşımı çok rahatlatıyor.
Banyo odanın en güzel ve en olması gerektiği gibi olan bölümüydü. Duş başlıkları ve su kalitesi fazlasıyla iyiydi.

Cons:

Servisin bizi bıraktığı kattaki Check-in makinasının bozuk olduğu son aşamada anlaşılabildiğinden bize çok zaman kaybettirdi.
Otelde "günlük oda temizliği" uygulaması yok! Temizlik isterseniz sabah çıkarken resepsiyon çalışanlarına belirtmeniz gerekiyor. Ancak ben aynı gün içinde iki kez söylememe ve sadece yerlerin elektrikli süpürge ile süpürülmesini talep etmeme rağmen yapmadılar. Odaya ilk kez girdiğimde yerlerde uçuşan ve köşelerde birikmiş olan toz topakları ve saçlar bir hafta yerde kaldı. Havluları değiştirmek isterseniz bilin ki kat görevlileri değil resepsiyon yetkili. Gidip resepsiyondan almanız gerekiyor.
Deluxe odada bile sadece çok küçük bir ayaksız, duvara asılı duran ve üzerinde kahve makinası da bulunan bir tezgah var. Bir de küçücük bir sehpa var. İki küçük koltuk var ama çalışma masası yok.
Yatak için en fazla "vasat" denilebilir. Yastıklar ise bir otelde gördüğüm en kötü yastıklardandı. Bir bütünlük bile oluşturamayan elyaf topaklarını bir bezin içine atıp geçmişler ve buna yastık adını vermişler:) Yorganı da yastığın akrabası gibi düşünün:) Yatacağı yatağa ve yastığa önem veren birisi iseniz uzak durun!
Güzel bir otel inşa edilmiş ancak güzel bir hizmet verme kaygısı güdüldüğü kuşkulu. Sanırım çok az kişiyle iş yapmaya ve işgücünden tasarruf etmeye çalışıyorlar.

Pros:

Hotel nám poskytl zdarma neomezenou jízdenku na hromadnou dopravu, včetně lodí po Ženevském jezeře. Hotel byl cca 200m od zastávky tramvaje a cesta do centra zabrala tak 15min. Snídaně byly velké. Sauna byla v ceně pobytu. Byli jsme velmi spokojení a příště klidně zvolíme stejný hotel

Opravdu jen drobnosti, úklid se musel objednat dopředu, občas nestíhali kuchyři doplňovat jídlo u snídaně, ale nebylo to nic zásadního,

super angenehmes Hotel. Preis - Leistung war super!

Super Zimmer, sehr sauber und angenehmes Personal.

Cons:

Die Jalousinen gingen immer wieder nach unten was sehr mühsam war zudem hatte es bei der Dusche immer wieder Wasser nach draussen gespritzt.
Wäre sicher gut wenn man beim ersten Mangel ein Zettel an die Wand macht damit die Gäste das sehen.
