Suihkutilat, erityisesti vedenpaine suihkussa.
Alakerran ravintola ja automaatista sai pientä purtavaa.
Raitiovaunu lähti vierestä.

Cons:

So comfortable from every aspect
Pros:

It is an excellent hotel and it will be my hotel of choice in Geneva: the room was large, very comfortable from every aspect, great breakfast, helpful staff, public transport right at the door, yet quiet, good restaurants around and really excellent value.

Comfortable stay but little touches make a big difference
Pros:

Good location
Close to airport - no.28 bus stops 3 minutes walk away
Close to city - tram into the city takes 10 minutes and are very frequent
Staff very friendly
Breakfast average. Very repetitive but OK
Bed very comfortable.
Air con was great
A few nice places to eat in the shopping centre behind the hotel

Cons:

The room was on the main road. You could hear the traffic outside, even during the night.
The room was very dark. We presumed the outside shutters were permanently closed as we couldn’t find the switch. On day 3 of our 4 day stay, I read the reviews on booking.com and noticed that someone had the same issue. The shutter controls are part of the air conditioning control. It was nice to have daylight in the room for a day and half.
The hotel only clean your room if you ask. After two days, the bins are full and you have no complimentary coffee or milk left. I asked a couple of times at reception for coffee and milk rations. They were quite stingy in the allocation they give you. They also only provide powdered creamer and one paper cup per person. Coffee in a paper cup is not the best, especially after it’s been used a few times 😟

Good airport hotel - only let down by breakfast.
Pros:

Good airport hotel. Very clean, well located, free airport transfer. Had everything in the room that you need (rare) - good soundproofing - room was really quiet/ good air con/ well thought out storage/ comfy beds /lights, switches and sockets in the right places/ nice bathroom/ great shower. Very helpful staff at reception. We would return here if we’re in Geneva again.

Cons:

Breakfast - considering the high standards elsewhere in the hotel this was really poor. Food cold, unappetising eg bacon sat in pools of cold fat/ congealed eggs.

Certain visit in Geneva
Pros:

Security and location

Cons:

Even if i booked the room with breakfast, they did not tell me my booking included it.. Finally they refunded my additional payment however i think they should tell me when i paid the breakfast cost in advance.

Unacceptable restaurant staff member
Pros:

Room and location good

Cons:

Restarant staff member would not take cash for my meal and drink. He said it was card only. I did not have my card on me so I asked if he could charge it to my room and gave him my room number. Later that night I was woke up by a knock on the door. It was the staff member from the restaurant asking me to pay the bill. I said charge it to the room, and he demanded that I pay for the meal and drink there and then with the card. I find this totally unacceptable.
When i was checking out the next morning I questioned the receptionist who confirmed that cash is accepted at the restaurant, and meals can be charged to the room. He apologised and said he would look in to it
