En general el hotel está bastante bien, cerca del aeropuerto, personal amable, desayuno correcto y buenas instalaciones, salvo el sofá cama que es algo horrible. Si no fuera por el sofá cama le hubiera dado un 10, ya que los niños no pudieron dormir en toda la noche.

Cons:

El sofá cama no es que sea incómodo, es que es imposible dormir en él porque tiene una parte a una altura y la mitad a otra, de manera que al tumbarte, te destroza la columna, no había visto algo así nunca. Además pusieron un solo edredon individual en horizontal para los dos niños y no les daba para taparse.

Personale gentile, disponibile e cordiale. reception, bar e servizio navetta impeccabili. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il centro ( grazie alla fermata tram vicino) e l'aeroporto.

grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, man hat alles was man braucht.
ich bevorzüge Mensch bei Check-in und war froh das jemand da ist. Er war sehr höfflich, schnell und effizient.

Pros:

La limpieza del hotel y el desayuno.
El servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto y vuelta es un punto a su favor y el abono gratuito de transporte público que en 10 minutos te deja en el. Centro de Ginebra.
Es la segunda vez que me alojo y sin duda volvería.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très désagréable et peu accueillant du début à la fin.

La chambre était petite et très sale, avec un niveau de propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer. Honnêtement, au vu de mon expérience, cet établissement se rapproche davantage d’un hôtel 2 étoiles basique que d’un véritable 4 étoiles.

Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment décevant. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, je m’attendais à un tout autre niveau, aussi bien concernant l’accueil que la propreté et le confort.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai pas.
