I didn't like nothing, when we got to the hotel it was all locked up and looked as if it was abandoned.
EVERYTHING
We didn't stay as the hotel appeared to be closed and boarded up. There was a metal fence across where we think the entrance was. Weirdly, their communication was really good considering the hotel seemed to not exist.
We couldn't access the hotel. It appeared to be boarded up, there were no lights on and notices in the door about planning permissions. There was an empty retail unit on the ground floor and signs of building work. We went round the back and there was a metal fence barring access to the rear.
I tried to call the number provided and it said it was not in service.
I then received a message the next day saying that they were sorry that they could not accommodate our booking and to request a refund from booking.com
Booking.com have not responded to me yet.

The place is a dump, booked it for 3 lads who were working away, they didn't even stay it was filthy dirty and looked at smelled like a doss house. Can't understand why it's on booking.com.

It had a mouldy smell, the carpets looked dirty and there was some sort of water damage near the radiator, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, paint was chipping off windowsills, the bath tub looked dirty and even walking to the room the hallways were not appealing and quite damaged in different spots
Very dirty, no tv or kettle, looks like a hostel and people living there not suitable for vacation stay, not worth the money to stay there!

It is a really dirty hotel, room wasn't cleaned, spatter in the toilet bowl, no toilet roll and when I asked for some they had none, not even a tv or towel... Person. On desk seemed to not care. Cigarette ash on the back of the tiolet
