Excellent staff service, but a crowded and standard chain hotel experience with small rooms.
Pros:

The staff was the absolute highlight of my stay. They were extremely helpful, polite, and prompt, specifically when I requested assistance with a restaurant reservation. Their excellent service is the main reason I am giving a better rating.

Cons:

The hotel feels like a standard large chain property: impersonal and very busy. The lobby, elevators, and breakfast area were constantly crowded. The room was quite small and tight, with very little space to move around comfortably. If you are looking for charm or space, this is not the place; it is purely functional and conventional.
