A super comfortable hotel that caters for your every need.
Pros:

A real gem in a beautiful Alpine town…
Pros:

Good location close to the station. Wasn’t expecting too much on a single night stay but delighted with great service and the private onsen was a real bonus. Breakfast was ok, buffet style covering all the bases.

Cons:

Not much. Somewhat beloved of tour groups which means the lobby is always full of people meeting up.

Chambre moderne et très cosy. Douche avec porte. Large gamme de matériel de toilette. Bonne literie.

Cons:

Oreillers trop mous (les cervicales n'ont pas apprécié). Avons entendu 3 trains mais ça n'est pas trop gênant.

Perfect stay, we will definitely stay again if we return to Takayama
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful especially as my husband has a disability. The barrier free room, especially the accessible bathroom, was extremely comfortable and made it easier to support my husband during the stay. The location was excellent, a short walk to the station and about 10 mins from the old Edo town. Finally the buffet breakfast was delicious

Wonderful stay in Takayama
Pros:

The hotel was very conveniently located by the train station and within 10 minutes walk to all the main attractions. There was no noise from the train and we had a clean spacious room with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. The bed was large very comfy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They made the check in and out process very easy, and let us borrow an umbrella on a rainy day. We also enjoyed booking our private Onsen with a city views.

Perfect hotel and location for our short visit to Takayama
Pros:

Fabulous location very near the train station. Takayama is a very walkable large town, and very picturesque. The hotel was very comfortable and very stylish. The drinks prices in the bar were reasonable as was the breakfast and the buffet selection was amazing. Would thoroughly recommend
