Excellent hotel only issue is the location
Pros:

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities. Hotel is well supported by exceptional staff. In particular, Anch at the front desk was a consummate professional who was very hospitable and courteous. Ikram in the breakfast did an excellent job and was very diligent and considerate. Finally Junior was outstanding in both manner and engagement. Only reason for 1 star less is the location. There is not much at all around the hotel and it is a bit of a walk anywhere which is next to impossible given the heat and weather.

Staffs are welcoming and very nice
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Doha. The whole team was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to the lifeguard, who was especially friendly and attentive, making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. We look forward to coming back again!

Matig en zwaak redelijk gewoon hotel kan niet meer dan 3 ster.

Het spijt me, maar mijn ervaring in Embassy Suites by Hilton Doha was zeer teleurstellend. Het hotel is vrij standaard en absoluut geen vijfsterrenwaardig. Het ontbijt was zwak en niet hygiënisch. Ik begrijp echt niet hoe dit hotel vijf sterren heeft gekregen – de naam heeft ons misleid.

Cons:

Voor deze prijs kun je veel betere hotels vinden. Ik zal hier nooit meer verblijven.

De schoonmaak was inconsistent: de ene dag goed, de andere dag slecht. Over het algemeen was het gewoon oppervlakkig en slordig.

De keuken was vuil, tafels waren bevlekt en het personeel leek onderbezet en ongeorganiseerd.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

هنالك ملاحظة واحدة فقط بأنه لايوجد بانيو في الحمام
ثانيا عندما قمت بطلب دليفري أخبرني بتاع التوصيل انه ممنوع توصيله للغرفة وهذه سياسات فندق احترمها

فندق جميل وهادئ و الغرف نظيفة.
يستقبل الأطفال و الاريكة بغرفة المعيشة جيدة الحجم لطفلين.
طاقم عمل متعاون.
قريب من الأماكن السياحية و بالأخص سوق واقف و ميناء الدوحة القديم.

تم طلب سرير أطفال العامل قام بفتح الباب و بالدخول للغرفة دون استئذان.

Best experience
Pros:

We stayed here with my family and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very attentive specially Rhia she was incredibly kind to us. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and there were plenty of amenities. We love the pool too. We’ll definitely return!
