La struttura in sé per sé moderna è bella.La camera bella peccato per le ragnatele, fare la doccia con le infradito e il copri materasso con dei buchi.Il personale inesistente o quasi.Nelle vicinanze c’è il centro a piedi e un centro commerciale .Ho messo una stella perché non potevo metterne zero

non c'era una persona dedicata alla reception, non ci è stata rifatta la camera, mancava uno specchio a figura intera e non si sapeva dove appendere gli asciugamani

All’ esterno sembrava una bella struttura, invece la stanza era sporca, materasso rotto, due giorni con gli stessi asciugamani,non sono passati a fare le pulizie. Veramente un pessimo soggiorno. Da evitare per andarci a dormire

Værelse lille men acceptabelt. Seng var god. Udsigt og stemning også godt. Ingen morgenmads buffet var en skuffelse og minibar ikke fyldt med drikkevarer.
Der var Stille og lyden af Donau der flyder forbi var godt. Alt alt ok

Lækkert at bo på vandet med altan udover. Værelset var rigtig fint indrettet, men det hele trænger til en god rengøring eller en gang maling. Dog helt fint sted at bo!
Det var lige mærkeligt at tjekke ud, vi kunne ikke finde noget personale og de tog heller ikke telefonen, så vi endte med bare at gå derfra.
Men jeg ville gerne bo der igen, helt klart et sjovt hotel og vildt fedt med altan udover vandet!
Hotellet ligger meget tæt på indre by og ca 6 minutters gågang fra et storcenter hvor man kan købe alt :)

Aussicht und Lage einmalig. Schiff und Zimmer sind jedoch abgegriffen. Teppich schmutzig/fleckig und mit Brandlöchern von Zigaretten. Im Flur stank es. Klimaanlage laut. Ungebügelte Bettwäsche. Dachterrasse trotz bestem Wetter geschlossen. Alles sehr lieblos

die Aussicht war ein Traum. das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, nur arbeitet es am Abend nicht mehr.

No cleaning för 3 days. The fridge didnt work. No clean towels för 3 days. Nice view and quiet.

Die Lage des Botels ist durchaus einzigartig. Man kann das Schloss und die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus betrachten. Leider gab es keine Parkmöglichkeiten aufgrund eines Konzerts im angrenzenden Park. Desweiteren gab es kein Zimmerservice (selbst der Müll wurde über 3 Tage nicht abgeholt). Der Abschluss in der Duschkabine funktioniert nicht gut, sodass immer 2cm Wasser stehen bleibt. Die Badmöbel waren teilweise mit Klebeband repariert welches sich leider ablöste. Die Balkonmöbel müssten mal ordentlich gereinigt werden. Das Personal spricht nur sehr einfaches Englisch.

Trevligt ställe vid vattnet, gång avstånd till gamla stan. Bra bemötande o trevligt med restaurang på taket.

Todo muy bien. Un solo problema con la ducha que no evacuaba el agua y se llenaba rapidamente el area de la ducha.

Wie bereits andere vor mir schrieben: Verbraucht, kein Personal, kein Frühstück, die Dusche geht über, und eine Disco nebenan, und sollte was passieren in der Nacht ist niemand da der helfen könnte, was braucht man mehr....

Fantastisch concept, vriendelijke service, zeer gunstige ligging met shopping faciliteiten en oude binnenstad van Bratislava binnen loop bereik. De aan boord gevestigde bierbrouwerij en het restaurant zijn van zeer goed niveau! We komen terug!

When we arrived, they seemed surprised to see us. There was some confusion about which room was ours, even though there were NO other guests on board. We were then shown to our room and told that the brewery and restaurant would be closed for the duration of our stay, and that there would be no hotel staff there, because they were technically closed. We were instructed to just leave our keys on the desk when we left. We asked if there were any restaurants close by that were open, since we had just spent 6 hours on a train and almost an hour on a bus/walking to get there. We were told one of the boats next door might be open, but they weren’t sure, and just use google maps. We were literally the only 2 people on the boat for our whole stay. This is not only unprofessional, but it is so unsafe to leave two foreigners to fend for themselves. The phone system wasn’t working, no WiFi available, the drain in the shower was clogged and not working properly, we couldn’t turn the heat down, so it was almost 80° in our room, and we ran out of toilet paper. I can see how it would be a decent place to stay if it was open and staffed properly, but our stay was definitely not good.
