After weeks of searching for the perfect boutique getaway, we found an absolute gem.

The Wilbur Mansion exceeded every expectation. The magnificent historic mansion is warm, elegant, and impeccably restored, with stunning original woodwork beautifully complemented by modern touches. From the beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable service, every detail felt intentional and thoughtfully curated.

Dining at Swift was exceptional. The food was incredible, the presentation beautiful, and the staff genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. Pair that with the charm of Historic Bethlehem just minutes away, and it made for the perfect weekend escape.

It's rare to find a place where the ambiance, hospitality, dining, and attention to detail all exceed expectations, but the Wilbur Mansion and Swift absolutely did. We left already planning our return...so many thanks to everyone who made this a perfect weekend!

The building itself was emasculate! The rooms were spacious and the shower was so nice!

A beautiful and unique hotel. Loved the room details (floor and trim) and big bay windows. The chimney and swifts were a unique and very fun part of the experience. One minor drawback was that it wasn't very walkable to Main Street.

We would love to see some more options for breakfast, particularly healthier choices.

I had my wedding at the Wilbur Mansion and it was perfect- the rooms were clean, beautiful, and perfect for my group. The staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful if we needed anything. Our reservations included breakfast, which was delivered to our room each morning at the time we requested ahead of time. I highly recommend staying here to get a taste of Bethlehem and its history.

Stayed here as part of a bridal party for a wedding that was at the Wilbur. This boutique hotel was one of the best stays I’ve experienced from the service to the rooms. Because the bridal party bought out all the rooms we were able to see all the different rooms and each one was gorgeous with a lot of historical charm, but with all the modern amenities that you could want like a rain shower with amazing water pressure. I also loved that they had Frette robes in every room and that the beds and sheets were beyond comfortable. They also had daily room service breakfast boxes with fruit and homemade pastries which was a nice thing to wake up to. If you are planning a wedding in the area I highly recommend this place just for the hotel rooms alone.

A couple cons to keep in mind, because it is a historical property there is no elevator. Also not every room has a closet, but they offer hooks and hangers to hang your clothes - but that’s all a part of the historical charm!

What a fabulous place to stay! Loved the decor and the renovations of the mansion. Fun happy hour. Will stay here every time we end up in Bethlehem.

Beautiful mansion, historic details, comfortable rooms, extra large bathroom, Very attentive staff. Enjoyable food at Swift restaurant. Great bar and bartenders. We had a perfect weekend at The Wilbur Mansion and highly recommend it.

I have wanted to stay at the Wilbur Mansion since my daughter was a freshman at Lehigh. We finally stayed there for her senior athletic banquet. What an amazing building! The rooms are a fantastic mix of modern amenities and historic charm. I wish we had more time to stay and check out the restaurant and bar!

Mom & pop owners who take alot of pride in the facility and go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable

I was there for two nights with my wife and friend for an event, and everything from making a reservation to getting extra blankets was not only simple, but a lovely experience. Their welcome was excellent, even though we arrived around 7PM, there was someone there to greet us and help with anything for our check in. They provided a delicious breakfast basket each morning with excellent quality pastries, a fruit and fresh, local orange juice. They have a spacious parking lot which is great for both boarders and even guests. I would absolutely stay there again, and while the price may seem a bit high compared to alternates, the Wilbur more than made up for it in the quality of amenities and services, and by the charm and splendor of the mansion itself.

This property is beautiful! The room was cozy and the bar was top notch! Highly recommend!

Beautiful 😍 I loved the soaking tub!!

I needed to stay somewhere after an event at Lehigh University. I had previously stayed at a Hyatt Place, which was okay but not interesting. This property checked all the boxes. First, it truly is a converted mansion. When you walk in there's elaborate woodwork, and a full restaurant on the first floor. One thing, which was not a deal-breaker at all, was it didn't really have a front desk per se. But the hotel had reached out about getting an access code and explained to me how it works.
My room was beautiful. It was massive and had really beautiful and unique details. From the windows, with wooden shutters inside to the Mosaic floor in the bathroom. Bathroom. It really was just a beautiful room. As part of my stay, I did get a pastry basket which was cute. You just gave what time you wanted it and they brought it up and left it outside your door. I wish was able to try the restaurant. Because it looked great as well. This property shows that something could be historic, but not dated. It really was one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at recently A+

We were very disappointed with our stay in room 203. The road noise was extremely loud, and the Swift restaurant directly beneath our room played music until nearly 11pm, making it very difficult to sleep. As a result, we had one of the worst nights of sleep we’ve experienced, which significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our getaway.

We also felt misled by the information provided at the time of booking. The website does not mention the room’s proximity to a major road, and when we booked by phone, the room was described as one of the best in the building with river views. There was no transparency about the likelihood of noise. Had this been communicated, we could have better prepared by bringing earplugs or a sound machine. Overall, we were not happy with our experience and are unlikely to stay at the Wilbur Mansion again.

We love everything about the property! Rooms are well appointed. Bed and linens so comfortable and allow you to renew from traveling. Service always too notch.
