I love this hotel for its beautiful views and spacious rooms. It’s definitely one of my go-to hotels in Frankfurt!

Cons:

Everything about our stay was great, and the receptionist who checked us in was lovely, friendly, and helpful. They also handled our late check-out request very professionally, which made our experience even better.

Unfortunately, the experience was completely different when we checked out. The receptionist, Jalda, was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and my friends. I honestly don’t know what caused her to speak to us in such a loud and unpleasant manner, but her attitude was completely unacceptable.

It was such a stark contrast to the warm and professional service we received from the receptionist during check-in. It’s disappointing that one person’s behaviour could leave such a negative impression after an otherwise great stay. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful treatment at a hotel before, and unfortunately, it has made me reconsider booking with them again.

Deben informar antes el alto costo del parking en el hotel…. Debiesen hacer un descuento a los huéspedes… 45 euros diarios es muy caro para cualquier hotel (?de hecho muchos lo dan gratis)
