Schöne Hotel in Frankfurt mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind alles in allem wirklich schon gestaltet und sauber. Das Hotel ist aufgrund seiner Höhe eines unserer Favoriten in Frankfurt, wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben mag.

Cons:

Es waren ein paar kleine Dinge im Hotelzimmer defekt. Wir haben die Mängel dem Hotel bei der Abreise mitgeteilt und uns wurde versichert dass man sich um die Punkte kümmert. Leider wurde meine Anfrage die ich bei der Buchung gestellt habe nicht berücksichtigt, obwohl sie meiner Meinung nach leicht umzusetzen gewesen wäre. Sehr schade. Hier hat das Hotel verpasst einen nachhaltig positiven Eindruck zu vermitteln.

Im Zimmer kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen, es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage. Was für die Raumluft leider nicht so zuträglich ist.

קיבלתי חדר עם מזגן לא תקין, היה 30 מעלות בחוץ והחדר הרגיש כמו סאונה, הביאו מישהו לבדוק את המזגן ואמר שהוא צריך לקרוא לחברה חיצונית שתסדר
הייתי ממליץ לבדוק את המזגן לפני שנותנים למישהו לישון שם אני הזעתי כל הלילה

Functional and modern place
Pros:

Breakfast, Modern building and proximity to Shopping Complex.

Cons:

Ceiling is a bit bare, construction next the building thus obstructing walk way from the hotel to the shopping plaza. Nothing to see around the hotel within walking distance.
