Tal un buen lugar pero NO vuelvo

La comodidad de la habitación

Cons:

El personal es en general muy distante. Personalmente tuve un accidente fuera del hotel y cdo llegué con muletas ni siquiera me preguntaron si necesitaba ayuda y cuando pedí extensión de estadía me tuvieron 30 minutos parado. NO tiene servicio de mucama lo tenes q pedir y pagar pero esto NO queda claro en la reserva

We enjoy the location, comfort, and amenities
Pros:

This is the 2nd time my daughters and I have come for a concert at save mart center. We chose to come back because the location is great, the room is spacious and comfortable, the free breakfast is decent, and the majority of the staff is very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast options on the first day of our stay were ok, but the coffee was out. When I told the person working that day, a Black woman, she just responded OK, and didn’t mention any intention to refill.

Horrible over priced
Pros:

Weird location and the staff were rude I was the first one to check in denied me the top floor gave me the bottom floor. Bed was uncomfortable and room sucked
