Excellent Accomodations
Pros:

From the moment of checking in we were treated professionally. The lady maintaining the breakfast area was hard-working and extremely efficient. Our room was spacious, with superb pillows and bed coverings. The kitchen was useful for meals and snacks.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

I enjoyed my stay and I would come again.
Pros:

The room was huge and clean. You did not get housekeeping unless you asked for it ( a good thing). If you needed extra towels, toilet paper, etc. you could ask at the front desk and they would hand it to you. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Other guests were nice.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

We came in after 8pm and they didn't have our reservation from Booking.com. When we finally got rooms, it was 85 degrees. The cupboard next to our door was broken and we had to watch our heads because it was in the way of the door. No one was there at check out except the breakfast lady who couldn't help us get a receipt. The fridge was also not anchored and came out each time we opened it's door.

I wouldn't book here due to the lack of any customer service!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Good location near the highway, gas and food.

Cons:

Guest next to me had a cat hey claimed was a service dog, cried for hours and front desk did nothing to make it right or to get the owner of the animal back quicker. They did not care!! Walls are very thin, I would never stay here again.

Perfect, definitely will be book there again
Pros:

The location was very convenient and close to tons of stores in nearby necessities. The hotel was very clean. Staff was very attentive and nice and respectful.

Pros:

Previously when I stayed here I was pleased. This time I was highly disappointed. There was food in the sink drainer. The entry light and light on the wall next to the thermostat were burnt out. The microwave had a lit up caution saying filter needed changed. Plus on Saturday night there was a huge party in the lobby still going on at 10 p.m. I was told it would end soon. They went out in front of the building and were extremely loud still after11pm. I went down to say something to the front desk and they said they were aware.

Cons:

I think quiet hours should be enforced for the comfort of all guests.

Pros:

It wasnt a bad area there are places to eat nearby

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest and it smelt like cigarette smoke and i got bit by a spider there was webs in the corners . I understand the breakfast was free but i ate jail breakfast better than that .

Cons:

Breakfast was below basic and they ran out of forks. Also came down to eat 30 minutes before breakfast was over and had to wait 15 minutes for the waffle mx to be refilled, the syrup ran out and there was no more hashbrowns or eggs.
