Was fine for a few nights, but would not recommend if you need warmth!
Pros:

Nice location. Easy to communicate with staff. Simple Airbnb, not a lot of personality.

Cons:

Was disappointed at lack of bedding and towels. There was only a thin blanket on the bed (in winter!!), we were cold each night even with the heater blasting. Hot water was "warm" at best - overall not a super comfortable stay. Staying for 3 nights, more than one towel each would have been nice.

A modest pleasant appartment in the San Rafael distrct of SMA
Pros:

It was our own place, a little out of town. but homey. The rooftop was superb. the owner was super helpful and the cost was modest in an expensive town like SMA

Cons:

Lack of written instructions. The entry code should have been sent by email rather than depend on cell phone coverage in Mexico.
The owner was great but the place was empty and a bit lonely.
The distance from el Centro was far - about 30 minutes walking - so we felt a bit out of things.
