L’hôtel est très beau, confortable et super bien placé !
Le personnel est très gentil. Du café et quelques trucs à manger le matin sont disponibles en libre service.
Un bâtiment collé à l’hôtel est en cours de construction donc les travaux commencent à 8h jusqu’à 17h et donc beaucoup de bruit ! Impossible de dormir après 8h ou faire une sieste la journée !
Les chambres sont très sombres et la piscine très sale à cause des débris de travaux qui tombent directement dedans.
Le ménage n’a pas été fait le jour avant notre départ et pourtant on l’a demandé.

La ubicación está ok y poco más
Desafortunadamente durante nuestra estancia mi pareja se encontraba con su periodo menstrual, lo que ocasionó diversas manchas en sábanas y toallas.
Comentamos en recepción el hecho y por supuesto asumiendo la responsabilidad nos comentan que el cargo de limpieza de las prendas asciende a 1600 Pesos Mexicanos, un precio absolutamente desorbitado, desproporcionado y fuera de mercado respecto a las prendas manchadas.
Estamos hablando de sábanas y toallas de reutilización de un hotel boutique de Playa del Carmen no del Ritz o el Palace en cualquier capital mundial.
Lamentablemente no reservaré en el futuro aquí ni en ningún establecimiento del grupo MAO Hotels.
PD: todavía estoy esperando mi factura por el cargo de limpieza

No lift to the first floor, no milk for tea or coffee
Malish is one of the cutest hotels I've been to: large, prettily decorated rooms, comfy beds, great blackout blinds, and AC that handles the heat and humidity well. The courtyard decor is lovely, and being able to lounge by the pool was a nice touch. Nighttime music and next-door construction were both non-issues. Breakfast is simple but sufficient (juice, coffee, bananas, pastries), and spa services are available. It's within a 10-minute walk to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Housekeeping followed my instructions daily, thanks, Mary.
Biggest highlight was Isa: booked my Chichén Itzá tour, rescued me after a late-night lockout, and gave phenomenal local snack recommendations found at Walmart.
Malish does exactly what a great small hotel should: makes you feel genuinely valued and goes above and beyond. I'd stay here again.

There is construction next door so it was a little noisy, also a lot of mosquitoes right outside our room

El personal muy amable y respondió a todas nuestras dudas, la estancia esta muy cuidada y limpia. Habitaciones comodas y espaciosas. Quedé encantada, repetiré.
La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la 5ta avenida donde hay sitios de ocio y comida.
Tienes donde aparcar afuera del hotel y muy cerca hay estacionamiento privado.
Ademas proporcionan desayuno de cortesia, que incluye cafe, infusion, fruta y pan, self service.
Nada, todo perfecto.
Aunque habia ruido por una construccion cerca, tuvieron el detalle de darnos tapones de oidos.
The location is great. 5 min walk to and from ADO bus terminal. Staff is available only at certain hours but they are amazing and always attentive to your needs. The beddings, towels and robe are spotless. Feels and smells fresh. I also love the modern , contemporary, spa-like aesthetic. They also provide complementary fresh juices, fruits and pastries at their lounge area in the morning. Fairly priced.
It could get noisy given the location is close to everything but they provide you with those tiny foam ear plugs which helped so much. No exhaust fan in the bathroom but there is a window you can open to let the steam out. Not huge mishaps.

I chose the Hotel mainly for location. It was about 5 -7 min walk from ADO bus station. Everything else is walkable too. I love the modern contemporary aesthetic of it. Bed is comf'tbale, I slept through everynight. Everything feela and smell clean. They provide complementary fresh juices, fruits and, pastries in the morning at their lounge area. Their staff are available from certain hours only but when they are available they always make sure you' re comftble. Very nice and friendly staff

Absolutely loved this hotel, the décor, general ambience, location was fabulous, access to coffee when I was awake great, but no access to coffee if your an early riser. The staff Isa, Nathaly ,Maria and Alexander were exceptional so helpful and friendly and noting was too much trouble for them. Even before we arrived I received a welcoming message which I thought was a really nice touch.
Unfortunately there were renovations happening right next door which meant the pool was not really a relaxing place to be, which also meant for us we didn't book any spa treatments, and although it was a great location, it was really close to the night life which could be heard from or room.
