Ambiente relaxante, confortável e localização estratégica para curtir a cidade
Pros:

O hotel tem uma pegada mais intimista, com poucos quartos e um ambiente super confortável e tranquilo, além de ser tudo muito bonito. O quarto era muito espaçoso, a cama enorme e com um cantinho super funcional com pia, geladeira e cafeteira pra lanches rápidos. Na área comum também tinha um microondas. A localização era ótima, sendo bem próxima da quinta avenida, mas em uma rua mais silenciosa a noite. No calorão de lá, a piscina fazia uma super diferença. As funcionárias me deram muitas dicas de cidade e foram bem atenciosas.

Cons:

O único problema que tive, que fugia do controle da acomodação, era uma obra no prédio ao lado que tinha bastante barulho de segunda a sábado, desde umas 8 da manhã. Além do barulho, peguei um quarto com varanda e não consegui desfrutar do espaço porque estava ficando muito suja e por várias vezes com sujeiras da obra caindo lá.

Great hotel to stay in the
Pros:

It is a lovely property that has a nice pool, cafeteria area to sit and some other seating to enjoy some drinks if you wish. The rooms are smart and have everything you need.
The location is great too as you are close to the nearest beach and also close to the majority of good bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is some construction next door but it’s not the fault of Malish and disruption was minimal while we were there.

Hôtel collé à des gros travaux . Ne pas venir ici en vacances .

L'hôtel est bien placé .

Cons:

Malheureusement, il y a un immeuble en travaux collé à l'hôtel donc vous êtes réveillés dès le matin par les travaux. Nous n'avons pas dormi la première nuit car il y a cause du marteau piqueur .

Beautiful redesign of the space. Very comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

Beautiful aesthetic. Very comfortable beds and cold AC. We only stayed overnight after arriving late so we didn't use the facilities.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to find as it was down a side street and not on the block we expected/directed to.

Cons:

The bed wasn't good and comfy...not luxury at all. Missed the option to have a brekfast.

Muito boa.
Pros:

Gostei muito da acomodação: era limpa, arrumada e muito confortável. Aceitaram fazer o check-in tarde e entramos na acomodação sem problemas.

Cons:

Chegamos de madrugada, não sei se o aquecedor demorava mais para ligar, mas tomamos banho de água um pouco fria. Tinha barulho mas era aceitável, não é tão perto assim dos bares. Nada que o plug de ouvido não resolvesse.

Tout était parfait! accueil chaleureux,emplacement dans le centre de Playa del Carmen près du ado bus ,de la grande avenue commerçante et de la plage . La chambre avec le lit King size que nous avions était propre et très confortable.

Perfekte Lage, mittel im Zentrum aber dennoch etwas versteckt! die unterkunft ist mit viel liebe eingerichet, es gibt einen umfangreichen Service und die Zimmer inkl. Terasse bieten viel privatsphäre.

Emplacement idéal à deux minutes de Coco Bongo et de la Quinta Avenida.

Cons:

Chambres vieillissantes, photos plus flatteuses que la réalité.
Pas de ménage pendant deux jours.
Parking payant non signalé, uniquement en espèces.
Travaux à côté de la chambre, beaucoup de bruit.
