Komune Living & Wellness in the Park

It's our first time to Komune Living and Wellness. It's very convenient and new even they had completed their renovation a few years ago. Glad they maintained it very well. The time we went there was 1st day of Chinese New Year. The lobby and other facilities in the hotel were not crowded which both my family and I was very happy about. The room was lovely. It’s worth of the money that we spend on. The bed is very comfortable. Since I'm pregnant, I was having some issues that I couldn't sleep due to the room only provide 2pillow for 2pax. I needed extra pillow for me to sleep comfortably. So, at around 11pm my husband called up the housekeeping team to send some extra hard pillow but it's not available. We manage to speak to a lady in the department regarding my pregnancy situation. She was very understanding and they manage to come out with an amazing idea and they send a very hard pillow for me to sleep. Thus, I had a very good night sleep. I'm very thankful that they help the customer to have a comfortable stay in the hotel. Thank you very much. The next day we went to the restaurant for our buffet breakfast. There were not many options like the food they have in Komune Living in Petaling Jaya but it was still delicious. Although the space of the restaurant was huge but the buffet line is very small. Once the buffet started, within 30min I believe 70% of the hotel occupancy already wake up to consume breakfast. I could say 60% of the hotel occupancy guest is from China. They were loud and they occupied almost all the space in the restaurant till other guests need to queue to eat breakfast. Some of the staff misunderstood us were from China but we were locals. After breakfast we went to the Recreation Area to play some arcade games and snooker. We would like to go for a swim but we don't have the necessary attire to do so. We enjoy our time walking around the hotel facilities. They have a kitchen, laundry room (wash, dry and ironing), and a lounge too. There were some certain areas we were not allow to enter possible due to the membership tiers. The hotel is also a partially a nursing home. So, they have a beautiful greenery garden, spa, medical centre (modern and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner) and a Starbucks. The hotel is also connected to a lake and mini forest to exercise around. It’s very calming and fresh to see. It's a different concept compare to the one we stay in Petaling Jaya.

The rooms were well-maintained and very clean. Although there was a water leakage from the air-conditioning unit in one of the rooms initially, the front desk staff promptly arranged a room change for us once we reported the issue. The housekeeping team was extremely diligent—I often saw them actively cleaning both the rooms and the common areas.

The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers available at RM10 per use, which was very practical for families. As an eco-friendly hotel, amenities such as toothbrushes are not provided, and I fully support this green initiative.

There is a well-maintained park nearby with rich biodiversity and fresh air. My parents stayed in the West Wing, which was much quieter compared to the East Wing. There is also a Starbucks on Level 1 offering a 15% discount for hotel guests, as well as a halal “Lucky Lucky Food Court” serving a variety of Western, Chinese, Malay, and Korean dishes. My family also enjoyed visiting SOMA Wellness Spa, 广民 TCM, and the hair salon on Level 1. The convenience and service provided by these vendors were excellent.

We will definitely return again!

We held our school prom in the Kommune function room, and the service was excellent.

Ms. Hema was very helpful throughout the process, and immediately fixed any issues that we had. The food provided was surprisingly good, and the function room itself was very impressive.

Looking forward to using Kommune again next year.

My wife stayed here for six months, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. The staff and service were consistently amazing throughout her entire stay.

A special shoutout to Monayem, who manages services for Floor 3A. Though he can be a bit of a pain at times (in the best way!), he’s incredibly responsible and truly cares about keeping residents in order so that everyone can enjoy a clean and comfortable communal area. His dedication really shows.

He even took the initiative to call me personally to return an air fryer I had accidentally left behind — a small gesture, but one that speaks volumes about his professionalism and thoughtfulness.

Overall, we’re very grateful for the wonderful service and would highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stays.

During our stay, we were disturbed at around 5:00 AM by multiple alarm clocks going off in different rooms, likely from tour groups.

In addition, we could hear noise from the walkway even when we were trying to rest, which affected our overall comfort.

Room light are dim. Sound proof in room was poor.
Room are confortable. Bed is firm and comfy. Starbuck, restaurants and 7 eleven are at ground floor

I have stayed at this property and the one at Bangsar 5 times. I could not possibly be happier with the accommodations and every trip I grew to like the food offerings more and more. Very happy here.

Im waited for 45min for my room to be ready. Check in around 240pm get the room 330pm. No refreshment offer.

I stayed at Komune Living & Wellness for 5 days and 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions. The assigned room level was perfect, offering both comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would stay again on my next visit!

The hotel is very well-maintained. The air conditioner is cold, the water heater is hot, the Wi-Fi is strong, and most importantly, the bed is clean and comfortable. It is about 15 to 30 minute drive to KLCC. The park next to the hotel is able to provide peace for your mind. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor and a 7-eleven. There is a hot water dispenser on the floor that we stay. It is just fantastic ! I will stay here more often.

Thank you to Komune and Mr Razin for the hospitality and service. They served us efficiently whenever we need help and gave us full support in ensuring the event run smoothly. The food was good and the quantity is more than enough. The event hall was arranged according to our needs, neat and clean and the sound system was great. Overall, no issue and all tip top and in order. Spaces parking area and the location is easy to access. Our hall located in LG floor and the area is practically cozy, quiet and very private area.

The room lacked basic stuff. Even there was no hand wash in the Toilet. Guests are suppose to buy the toiletries from the reception for 35RM. Towel provided were of very poor quality. No water bottle, instead a Jug was provided to get the water from the lobby. Kettle had such a small electric cable that it was not possible for it to be connected to another switch. Room did not have a chair. Breakfast was very basic & had limited choice, No Salt, No Pepper, No Hot Milk. Staff were not courteous, they were not even willing to even extend the check out by an hour. Same for check in, only gave a room at 2.00 pm.

Outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel — from rooms to common areas. Housekeeping is consistent and attentive to detail.
Noise Level:
Generally quiet and peaceful. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a restful stay even when the hotel is busy.
Service:
Professional, polite, and helpful staff. The team at the reception and housekeeping were always courteous and responsive to every request, making the stay even more pleasant.

Small hiccup upon arrival due to Reservation failed to update my arrival based on date given. And the lady from Reservation department answered my call on 8/10/25 at 10am should learn more to be hospitable person. She lack of interest to entertain guest call & shouldn't be placed at department having interaction with guest.

We stayed at 1 bedroom deluxe, with 347 sqft at RM237.60 (incl 8% SST tax). Location is good and clean next to Taman Tasik Permaisuri. Apparently really not worth money:
- For BUFFET BREAKFAST, taste sooo terrible, less varieties, roll toilet tissue being used, location shared with food court, total foods could be less than 10
- For ROOM, no disposable guess slipper, water is from water dispenser only
- For TOILET, only 1 toilet roll, tap handle not working properly, no toothbrush or toothpaste
- For ATMOSPHERE, mostly all flowers are fake flowers including entrance

In general, this is a cheapskate hotel, not 4 stars as deemed

Wie durften die meisten einrichtungen nicht benutzen, da sie nur für member gedacht sind und member wird man nur wenn man länger als 1 monat hotelgast ist, ansonsten war alles ordnungsgemäß, Betten hatten leichte Flecken

The overall experience including the room was nice , but there’s a few point that I need to point out :

1. Sound proof - 2/10
I can literally hear alarm from another room (not directly opposite) at the same floor , also I can hear the context of people speaking at the corridor.

2. Bathroom (for studio queen plus) - 5/10
No separation for wet shower area and dry toilet area, so when shower, expect everything to get wet
