Pros:

Labai patiko mini SPA. Viskas apgalvota, pirtys karštos, vanduo atitinkamai šiltas, interjeras nuostabus.

Cons:

Vonios kambaryje nėra "gyvatuko"- nėra kur išsidžiovinti maudymosi kostiumėlių, grįžus iš SPA. Labai nemalonu sekančią dieną rengtis šlapius, šaltus maudymosi drabužius..

Not value for money
Pros:

Great central location. Public parking is free on weekends (we got lucky with a spot).

The hotel and rooms are clean and looks fancy (as it should for the money it costs).

The spa was nice, clean and new. Not too busy. Quite small but everything was there - pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, dry sauna. Not included in the usual room rate (high end rooms only). Adult 26€ per whole day - come and go repeatedly (that was nice, went morning and evening).

Cons:

It was uncomfortable - no air in the room. I don't believe I should use air-conditioning in early spring non stop or leave the window open all night just to be able to breathe. No ventilation in the bathroom either. Due to this we slept very badly both nights we stayed there. You can blame us for being "air conditioning avert" but it is rather loud. The second night was warmer and we slept with the window open - it was better. At least the street was rather quiet where our window was.

The bed was comfy but the pillows were too flat.

Breakfast is not worth the money. Yes, they have Prosecco available, yes, some foods are a bit fancier, yes, they have salmon and some expensive things. But they are really slow at restocking the food and even utensils! Some things may run out and they don't even replenish it - it happened with fruit salad and pastries when we were having breakfast one morning. Every morning they have one type of pancakes, the usual beans, eggs, bacon and sometimes hash browns. We expected more but maybe we have high standards.

TV glitches when connected through another appliance (we tried to watch Netflix from laptop to the big screen, went back to laptop for better experience). No Netflix available on TV, only YouTube (from smart TV menu, TV has channels as per usual).

Pros:

Newly renovated hotel, huge lobby, location in city center, walking distance to old town. Our superior room had nice and large bathroom.

Cons:

Staff could be more attentive and better trained to meet guests well and make them feel welcomed. We noticed that hotel lacks of process management -one person confirms parking service, other person is not informed about it.
Bar staff was not trained well in making coctails right (gin tonic, aperol spritz).
We were a bit disappointed realizing that our superior room had windows to lobby only and lacked of light. Room was dark and not as cozy as we expected.
During check in only 1 key per room was given and it had no paper case with room number. We simply had to remember the room numbers and try guessing which key fits to the door (we booked 2 rooms). Not big deal probably, but question why still occurs :)
In general, at the moment hotel has renovated rooms only, but good hotel is not about interior. It is about good vibe and good management.

Puiku kad galima lankytis SPA neribotai.

Cons:

Keista kad nėra nei vieno rankšluosčio džiovintuvo ( radiatoriaus ar elektronio gyvatuko vonioje). Kaip po SPA išsidžiovinti maudysosi kostiumėlius ir rankšluosčius, per naktį išdžiuvo bet kambarys atrodė keistokai kai rankšluosčiais nukabinėjau visas duris.
