We had booked a superior dubble for 4 people. All of Glorias rooms are double rooms and no extra beds were avaliable on our arrival, so we had to share 2 90cm beds between 4 of us. Staff kept promising to send up extra beds. These arrived 5 hours before check out.
Hotels should remove the option to book one room for 4 people.
The manager was really nice and understanding. I reserved two rooms with the family and requested to be in the same floor and he accommodates for that. Great hospitality while waiting for check in. It’s the greatest hotel in doga Id recommend anyone to stay when visiting Qatar
The hotel was excellent, and the highlight of our stay was the breakfast service, particularly the exceptional skills and professionalism displayed by Chef Talal.
House keeping was terrible, two days in a row, I have to talk to management for actions.
