Pros:

لقد حجزت اطلاله على المدينه ولكنهم اعطوني اطلاله على حي
السرير كان جدا سيئ والوساده ايضا لم يكونو مريحين وغير نظاف وكان ينبعث منهم رائحه جدا كريها ولقد اشتريت غطاء للوساده
والحمام لم يكن نظيف والشفاط لا يعمل نهائي

Pros:

Великолепный отель. Все на высоком уровне. Прекрасный завтрак. Приятный ужин по меню. Из отличных продуктов, включены вода, кофе, чай. Номер превзошел все ожидания. Сауна и хамам великолепны, никого не было , было ощущение индивидуального посещения. В самом красивом районе города расположен отель. Прогуляться по набережной превосходно. Есть бесплатный шатл на пляж.

Cons:

Не совсем понятно кто может воспользоваться услугами дневного чая. Везде в отзывах на ютьюбе гости посещают, но в памятке которую выдают на ресепшене его нет. Хотя он есть и там были посетители.

Über den Tag weg super / am Abend fehlt irgendwie die Möglichkeit, sich mit Freunden auf eine Terrasse zu setzen
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage sowie die Zimmer sind super in Schuss und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Besonders cool war das Gym, dass wirklich fast alle neuen Geräte bereithält. Respekt dafür

Cons:

- kein Zugang zur Poolanlage nach 19 Uhr
- man hat nirgendwo die Möglichkeit, am Abend auf einer Terrasse sitzen zu können. Wenn man im/am Hotel draußen sitzen möchte, muss man sich vor dem Eingang auf die zwei kleinen Raucherbänke setzten, was für ein 5 Sternehotel ehrlicherweise sehr traurig ist, zudem man dann immer von Grab Fahren belästigt wird, die einem Dienste des ältesten Gewerbe der Welt anbieten wollen.

We were so happy with our hotel that we’re going back in July for another 4 days!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, aircon worked well, room was clean & great river view. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, good variety of foods for everyone. Chefs we’re outstanding & food was constantly refilled.

بصراحة وللاستفادة من التقييم في بوكينج أقول بأن موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا وطاقم العمل رائع جدا جدا
الافطار بالنسبة للعرب مقبول ويحتاج لك تبحث عن الخيارات المتاحة ولكن تعامل الموظفيين ونظافة الفندق تغطي على باقي الاشياء

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

A special thank you to Tracy at the check-in counter, who made the experience even better from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the check-in/out process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay there i recommend for a short stay
