Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon. Il y a de nouvelles spécialités tout les jours.

Cons:

Le personnel était assez hautain. J'ai assisté à des échanges où un Japonais ne comprenait pas l'Anglais de l'hôtesse (aux cheveux rouges) et au lieu de reformuler de manière plus simple et plus lentement, elle a simplement continuer à répeter vite. Ce 'nest pas ce qui est attendu d'un hotel de ce standard.

Exceeded Our Expectations!
Pros:

Fantastic showers, beds super comfortable, excellent room facilities, amenities and mini bar. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and presented. Super quiet which was excellent for a great nights sleep. Staff were beyond helpful - we travel a lot and this particular hotel is a standout for brilliant service including the restaurant.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Food and Spacious Suites, Minor Service Improvements Needed

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic.

The two-bedroom suite we booked was absolutely flawless—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our family stay. The food was excellent throughout, and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

One small suggestion would be that the front office team could be a little warmer and more welcoming during interactions. It would also be very helpful if the hotel offered a currency exchange facility for guests.

Apart from that, everything else was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Cons:

We had requested early check-in almost a month in advance, however my family still had to wait nearly 4 hours for the room to be ready. The front office staff were not very helpful during this time and did not provide clear updates. They could have informed us earlier that an early check-in fee might apply — we would have happily paid it rather than waiting for several hours. Better communication and assistance from the front office team would have made the experience much smoother.

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti da questo hotel, sicuramente uno dei più belli visti finora. La camera offriva una vista pazzesca che da sola valeva il soggiorno.
​Tutto è stato curato nei dettagli: la colazione è davvero di qualità e l'organizzazione generale è perfetta. È stato il miglior hotel del nostro tour in Vietnam e uno dei più piacevoli in cui io sia mai stato.

Great stay at hotel & with all staff. Way too many people from tour groups

Definitely would not return
Pros:

Clean and new

Cons:

Staff were quite rude, especially at breakfast each morning, we had to find our own seat and figure out how and what to do in our first time there. We asked for coffee and got told to get it ourselves.
Staff in lobby quite hopeless also. Barely greeted or smiled at us.
Facilities are 5 star but the staff are not which is piss poor.

There was only 1 lady when we first arrived and left that was helpful. Can’t remember her name but she was Vietnamese from hanoi and had an American accent. The rest forget it.

위치가 좋습니다. 한시장은 걸어서도 갈 수 있고 택시로 5분도 안걸리고 다른 주요한곳도 5~10분정도 걸리비다.. 공항까지는 택시로 15분 걸립니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 Bar도 있고 편의점이 있어 이용하기 좋습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 매일 청소해주시고 물과 수건도 새로 주십니다. 모든 직원들이 친절했습니다.
