A wonderful hotel filled with great facilities and exceptional staff.
Pros:

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. From the professionalism of the staff, whether it be the General Manager, (Oliver), the Duty Manager (Chris) or Vania who checked us in on day one, every member of staff with whom we interacted were courteous, professional and very attentive to our needs and to making our stay special. Particular note is also made of the Club Lounge Staff, who made our 10-night stay at the hotel an even better experience. The Club Manager Ruby and her team (including, but not restricted to) Loki, Troy, Nora and the chefs were a delight to see at the end of each day or in the morning for breakfast and it was very easy to see how proud they were of their roles in the hotel and how much they enjoyed working there. Our room was a pleasure to occupy and made for a very comfortable base whilst exploring DaNang and surrounds. The location of the hotel, whilst not beachfront was still excellent, close to the Han River and a great boardwalk and only a five minute taxi ride from My Khe beach, which is quite exceptional to explore. There are many restaurants and other facilities within two minutes walk of the hotel, which is convenient to say the least.

Cons:

Nothing at all. The location of the hotel, the facilities in the hotel, including a wonderful spa and the Club Lounge and the nature of the people working there left no room at all for complaint.
