Pros:

Staff were friendly. chips and the milkshakes the best thing we ate

Cons:

Charged for 3 drinks in one of the rooms when only 2 were ordered as room service on check out. Fridges in the rooms were broken and not cooling. Food in the evening was really overpriced and not great - it cost more than the 4 star hotels we stayed in hence why no one was eating there. breakfast wasn't great, pretty basic, tea was horrible. Location was further than we expected from harmindar sahib - 20 minutes walk, we ended up taking autos (150irp) and an uber which was the same price.

Good budget hotel and stay if looking for a quick visit to the Golden Temple.
Pros:

Convenient location for a budget hotel. Average food. Rooms were small compared to descriptions and very little bathroom space.

Cons:

Concierge staff were very pushy around checkout. As a booking.com tier 3 member we didn’t get any convenience of late check out even for 30mins when we had instructed staff that we were visiting the temple and rushing back. Night staff was comparatively better at service.
