Wonderful overall
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. Its located at the perfect spot in Juquehy beach. You have to be carefull because Juquehy beach is long, and your stay depends where at the beach you stay. For a lively more turisty spot go to the northern part. This hotel is at the south point where the beach is perfect and wide. Quiet and fancy. Ideal for resting, sunbathing, and chilling.
The hotel is the best upscale hotel you can find in Juquehy. Common areas are pristine.

Cons:

The room. The bed and pillow were too hard. Bed sheets and towels should be better to meet the hotel´s category. The breakfast was ok but not great.

Acho que na academia a única spinning não estava ok e não conseguia colocar carga
As duas únicas esteiras funcionavam mas o visor das duas estavam com defeito
Não consegui nem 1 hora de late checkout

exceptional location with a beautiful pool, beachside!
Pros:

breakfast was delicious and served at the restaurant overlooking the beach, fresh fruit and great coffee

nothing, the place was exceptional. loved it and it had everything that we needed.
