Excelente opção, mas muita atenção a reserva
Pros:

Atendimento das equipes de Recreação, de Serviço de Praia, do Restaurante, da Recepção. O cardápio do restaurante é muito bom. As instalações da área comum são boas. Localização excelente. Perfeito para famílias.

Cons:

Atendimento e abordagem do time de Reservas. A minha reserva original foi para a acomodação Villa, mas dois dias antes do check-in a equipe de Reservas entrou em contato comigo para primeiramente validar se eu não gostaria de migrar para o quarto Deluxe pelo mesmo valor. Quando questionei se a opção Villa não seria uma categoria superior ao Deluxe (mais novo, enxoval Trousseau) - ou seja, não me fazia sentido a troca sem compensação financeira, embora originalmente eu tivesse pensado na opção Deluxe, mas que não estava a disposição para a reserva no Booking - foi que então me abriram a verdade e falaram que o quarto escolhido passaria por manutenção. Me ofereceram early check-in como compensação (agora abrindo a real que seria em consideração ao valor menor desta categoria em referência ao Villa). Não foram muito transparentes de início, essa é a real. Aceitei, mas claramente as acomodações Deluxe para Villa são muito diferentes e hoje não teria aceitado a troca (justificando, portanto, a minha avaliação a partir da minha experiência pessoal com a acomodação)

Wonderful overall
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. Its located at the perfect spot in Juquehy beach. You have to be carefull because Juquehy beach is long, and your stay depends where at the beach you stay. For a lively more turisty spot go to the northern part. This hotel is at the south point where the beach is perfect and wide. Quiet and fancy. Ideal for resting, sunbathing, and chilling.
The hotel is the best upscale hotel you can find in Juquehy. Common areas are pristine.

Cons:

The room. The bed and pillow were too hard. Bed sheets and towels should be better to meet the hotel´s category. The breakfast was ok but not great.

Acho que na academia a única spinning não estava ok e não conseguia colocar carga
As duas únicas esteiras funcionavam mas o visor das duas estavam com defeito

Pros:

breakfast was delicious and served at the restaurant overlooking the beach, fresh fruit and great coffee
