Very Good place and great customer service, but the roads to get to the property are not in good condition. Also the GPS information given by expedia is not correct.

This hotel should make radical changes if they want to keep on doing business because too many things needs to be improved, like to put garbage bags in the room, to put blankets, only fitted sheets and comforters in our rooms, we asked for them and they brought them later not dry yet. In the bathrooms not even a rug or towell floor, not shampoos just soap, the only thing that was a little better was the breakfast and the pool. Staff was friendly and try to do the best, but was not enough

When we arrived at 330pm, we were told to come back rooms were not ready. Then when we came back we were given rooms where the table under the television were dirty with ketchup. The pool was dirty and restaurant was closed as well. If you want a place for a bed, this is it but you have to go out of the premises to eat.

THIEVES. The photos posted are NOT the true image of this Hotel. I will show the truth of the condition this hotel is in. Save your money and your time this place is not worth a penny. Mold on the pillow's, ceiling fan was broken and not even bolted onto the ceiling correctly very unsafe. Shower curtain and rod on the floor, the hotel was notified about this to fix it and never showed up we took showers with it on the floor. No towels were ready when we checked in at 4pm we were told in one hour they would bring it to our room and at 8pm I personally had to go to the front desk to receive them myself. The toilet seat was broken and slides every time you would use the toilet. RATS and garbage/mattress thrown outside everywhere I will post photos. Power goes off all night long causing the A/C not to work. And to have the A/C on you have to place your hotel key in a slot in the room to turn it on. The hotel door lock did not even work. We booked for the weekend after the first night with the experience we had we asked for a refund for the remining days we still had booked we were told we would get a refund by the owner and still almost 2 weeks later we have NOT received any refund. The lady at the front desk was very kind she is the only positive thing I have to say about this Hotel.

I feel like I was scammed by this Hotel. The room was dirty, the swimming pool didn’t have steps or a ladder to get in or out of the pool which is a safety hazard. The bathroom at check in was dirty with urine in the toilet. The shower glass had shampoo in the glass, the sink had toothpaste stains, the bed was made, but when we removed the sheets, it had pubic hair and stains in the bed. Horrible experience. I am disappointed on Expedia for having this Hotel listed on its choice of Hotels for this beautiful area of the Dominican Republic.

The pleace need some love and care

There were bugs, ants and grasshoppers in my room. I got yelled because I accidentally left the room key in my room, as the room key is what keeps the AC on, my first day of breakfast, I was given breakfast as though there was a deficit of food. The soap looked used and was opened. The windows to the bathroom were broken

What was good? The pool was nice, there is potential to hire more staff instead of expanding more of the property and building new buildings. Invest in improving the current property

Nos gustó mucho la playa en el área.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, the pool was dirty too I can’t even use it. The property needs more attention specially with cleanliness.

The propriety is terrible no sheets the bathroom y duty , the breakfast y terrible only old bread y focking deasster am not recommended for people
