للأسف، تجربتي عند مغادرة الفندق كانت غير مرضية. بعد إتمام تسجيل الخروج (Check-out)، توجهت إلى سيارتي الـSUV في المواقف، وكانت هناك لافتة/حاجز معدني أمام السيارة. كان موظفو الفندق والأمن موجودين في المكان، ولكن لم يقم أحد بإزالة الحاجز أو تنبيهي إلى وجوده، وبسبب صعوبة رؤيته من داخل السيارة اصطدمت به عن طريق الخطأ أثناء تحركي.

تم تحميلي المسؤولية وطلب مني دفع غرامة، وأود أن أوضح أن اعتراضي ليس على مبلغ الغرامة إطلاقاً، وإنما على أسلوب تعامل المدير والموظفين معي وطريقة إدارة الموقف.

كنت أتوقع من فندق بمستوى لو مريديان أن يتم التعامل مع الضيف بطريقة أكثر احترافية وتفهماً، خصوصاً أن الموظفين والأمن كانوا موجودين في الموقع وكان بإمكانهم تنبيهي أو إزاحة الحاجز من أمام السيارة.

المبلغ ليس هو المشكلة بالنسبة لي، وإنما الاحترام وطريقة التعامل مع الضيف عند حدوث موقف غير مقصود. للأسف، أسلوب التعامل ترك لدي انطباعاً سيئاً جداً وأثر على تجربتي مع الفندق، رغم أن إقامتي قبل هذا الموقف كانت جيدة.

on est venu ma sœur et moi pour un sejour de 02 nuits du 29 au 31 aout, un petit incident a eu lieu le premier soir mais la direction -le manager algerien- s'est rattrapé en s'excusant et nous offrants des gourmandises geste fort appréciable, le vrai plus de cet hôtel est le personnel a commencer par monsieur ANIL de la réception sans oublier bien sure Mr. ROBERT et Mr. DEEPACK qui ont fait notre chambre qui sont d'une propreté incroyable et d'une gentillesse incomparable, une autre personne que je tiens absolument a remercier est madame NADEESHAN -baby calamary ;-) - qui nous a servi dans le restaurant LA MAISON DE L'ENTRECOTE- et qui etait plus qu'adorable elle nous a toujours servis avec le sourire et avec d'excellent conseil vraiment un ange.
nous etions au 23 eme etage et la vue etait magnifique de jour comme de nuit aussi elle etait tres spacieuse, la literie et les oreillers vous permettent de dormir comme un bébé.
la nouriture est aussi un point fort, nous etions en demi pension le petir dejeuner open buffet dans le restaurant LA GOURMANDISE on y a mangé deux fois et les deux fois le menu a changé c'etait delicieux et qualitatif, ici aussi je tiens a remercier le personnel qui nous choucouter enormement , le diner lui etait a la carte et etait servie au restaurant LA MAISON DE L'ENTRECOTE on avait droit a une entree un plat un dessert et une boisson, il yavais un grand choix et tout était absolument délicieux et très copieux.
pour finir l'empalement est parfait vous avez accès directe a partir du rotana ou du JW au centre commercial city center et au métro l'hôte est niché au sein de westbay le quartier des affaire tres animé de jour comme de nuit et tres bien desservie, meilleur quartier a doha pour moi.

il n'ya pas de piscine extérieure pour adulte seule la piscine intérieure qui n'est ni grande ni profonde, si comme moi vous aimez nager il faut aller au JW ou au MARIOTT MARQUIS - immense piscine-

A Wonderful Stay Made Special by the Amazing staff
Pros:

I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Doha, as well as to residents looking for a peaceful and relaxing change of atmosphere. It is a very quiet, comfortable, and welcoming hotel, and every stay feels truly special.

The location is also excellent. The hotel is just a short two-minute walk from the enjoyable City Center Mall, where you can find everything you need, including shopping, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. It is incredibly convenient, especially for both visitors and residents.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Ishtiaq, who always goes above and beyond to help us and make our stays enjoyable and memorable. His kindness and attention to detail are truly appreciated.

I also highly recommend trying the dinner buffet, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. The buffet is absolutely outstanding, with a wonderful variety of delicious food.

A special thank you to Mr. Fida and the entire buffet team for their excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to guests.

I also highly recommend experiencing the Executive Lounge. It is a beautiful and relaxing place, and the evening food is delicious. It is a wonderful option for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Thank you to the entire team for always making our visits so pleasant. We truly look forward to coming back again and again!

Best experience ever!
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and hospitable. Specially during our check in Mr. Ahamad gives us all important details on our stay and give a warm welcoming smile all the time. The food was great and the choice of pool was indeed amazing. That we can enjoy both indoor or outdoor pool.

Locatie was top. Hotel is naast een winkelcentrum. Personeel is super aardig.

Cons:

Er lag glas in de zwembad. We hebben dit aangegeven en is goed opgelost maar het had erg kunnen aflopen als m'n dochter erop was gaan staan.
