Nothing to complain and any things asked for arranged quickly

Cons:

Can give mats for washroom as water spills after bath, also jacuzzi took time to fill so if water flow is increased would be good.

Post New Year stay
Pros:

Very good location close to restaurants, Starbucks cafe, Narayanidham temple and Swami Samartha math for those who would like a quick trip to the places of worship. The location is good and peaceful even though it's close to the old highway. Staff are friendly and very helpful and accommodate most of your requests. Rooms are good, we stayed in Zuper Delux overlooking the onsite garden. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast and meals options for lunch and dinner.
Staff at the reception and onsite restaurant are very helpful.

Cons:

Some areas of the rooms like toilet corners, some corner in the room and the railing for balcony could do with a clean wipe. Nothing major or too bad, the room and bathroom is perfectly usable but the cleaning staff should pay attention to detail.

Hospitality was great by the staff

Cons:

The rooms are way too small and I had to upgrade to a suite room - images shown vs reality in terms of delux rooms is a lot different. Suggest going for suite only

Nothing deluxe about it
Pros:

Staff was helpful, especially Amar - he was very efficient

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom were tiny! We paid a whopping 12K for a deluxe room and were planning on getting an extra bed put, but the rooms were so tiny that the extra bed would’ve completely blocked any movement.
