Super schöne Ausblick, gute Lage. Das Hotel braucht professionelles Management und Investitionen!
Pros:

Die Ausblick auf die Stadt! Schöne Terrasse, die Lage! Nettes Personal. Man hat gemerkt, dass es jedoch keine klare Managementsstruktur gab.

Cons:

Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer braucht dringend Renovierungen, Duschkabine ist verschimmelt. Unterbesetztes, aber nettes Personal.

Cons:

We didn't receive the room key because the hotel ran out of them. We had to ask the manager to open our door each time we needed to come in. Only one day later we received the key but the staff didn't even apologize for that

В номере тусклый свет, телевизор не работал, и он стоял на тумбе так, что смотреть его просто не удобно; но мы не телевизор приехали смотреть - поэтому не важно для меня 🫶🏻

Doesn’t worth spent money, it’s a max of 3 star hotel

Panoramic view from restaurant

Cons:

Broken shower, damaged furniture, curtains. Receptionist was not comfortable with English, was a bit rude. Breakfast not great at all. No menu to order. Poor food variety.

Pros:

- petit déjeuner copieux et varié, avec beaucoup de produits frais (notamment fruits et légumes : tomates, poivrons, concombres, carottes, choux fleurs)
- personnel aimable et serviable
- restaurant spacieux avec un menu riche en choix, terrasse avec vue superbe sur la ville
- très bien situé : 15 minutes à pied du funiculaire pour atteindre les hauteurs du Mtatsminda à partir desquels nous avons pris le téléphérique qui nous emmène en plein centre ville sur le boulevard Shota Rustaveli (la sortie du téléphérique est à 100 m de la station de métro), donc pratique pour les sorties, les randonnées et autres visites.

Cons:

- lors de la réservation il faut préciser chambre avec vue sur la ville, sinon comme nous, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le toit (tout de suite moins romantique)
- la climatisation pourrait poser problème en plein été (ce ne fut pas le cas pour nous car nous étions venus au mois de mai) mais son fonctionnement n'est pas optimal

It was good, we liked the hotel.
Pros:

Actually we had everything we needed, for this price room, facilities and breakfast was quite good. So it's a good option for its price.

Cons:

We had some issues with internet, but the staff helped us to solve the it.
