Все понравилось кроме света )))
В принципе комната не большая есть свет только у уборной , и маленькая возле подушки .

Cons:

Хотелось б по больше света . И персонал на ресепшене который ничего не знает ))) хотелось б больше приветливых . А так все супер

לא כיף בכלל !!
Cons:

הכניסה למלון אינה נוחה ונגישה לנכים.
יש המון מדרגות וביום שהגענו מישהו מאנשי הצוות עשה לנו טובה שעזר לנו להרים את הקלנועית החשמלית הכבדה שלנו כי בעלי נכה.. אבל את המזוודות כבר היינו צריכים להעלות לבד.
הזמנתי שני חדרים ציפיתי שיהיו צמודים אחד ליד השני או לפחות באותה קומה .. אז לא אותנו שמו בקומה 3 ואמא שלי והבת שלי שמו אותו בקומה מינוס 1!
המקלחות בחדר הם מקלחון ישן שעומד על עגנית מאוד גבוה ובעלי ואמא שלי מאוד התקשו להיכנס ולצאת ממנה ממש סכנת נפשות !
החדרניות מגיעות בשעות אחה״צ המאוחרת אחרי שאנחנו חוזרים מטיול ורוצים לנוח ואז בעצם לא מנקות את החדר ולא מחליפות מגבות .. נייר טואלט הוא בהקצבה לגליל אחד והיה מצב שנשארנו בלי נייר טואלט בחדר… הזייה נוספת !
אין שקעים להטענת טלפון ומכשירים נוספים הייתי צריכה לנתק את מנורות הלילה והטלויזיה כדי להטעין את הטלפונים והקלנועית !
ארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד, קפה הפוך בתוספת תשלום (יש קפה בפרקולטור מזעזע) האוכל קר, בשלב מסויים נגמרה להם החמאה.. שזה הזויי בפני עצמו.
בכל רחבי המלון פזורים שטיחים שהמזוודות נתקלות בהם וזה מקשה על מעבר חלק.
אצל אמא שלי בחדר היה שטיח קרוע והיא נתקלה עם הנעל בחור של השטיח, כשביקשתי להסיר אותו ולהוציא אותו מהחדר הפקידת קבלה לא הבינה מה אני רוצה - למרות שאני דוברת אנגלית מעולה והחליטה להוסיף עוד שטיח בכניסה לחדר - עוד הזייה .. רק למחרת כשהיתה פקידת קבלה אחרת הבינה מה אני מבקשת בלי בעייה וגם מייד שלחה מישהו להוציא את השטיחים.

Супер отель , хорошие завтраки, персонал , уборка каждый день! хорошие номера . даже сюрприз в номер принесли , вино и сухофрукты , очень приятно!
