Superb! loved the stay
Pros:

Everything was superb, clean and comfy, food was delicious breakfast and dinner, staff were very polite and helpful.
a perfect stay with a nice view of imagica park and beautiful clean infinity pool.
we tried the spa which was relaxing💆🏻‍♀️
we had booked for 1 night but because the hotel exceeded our expectations we were happy to add one more night 😍🫶🏻

Train ur staff the right way
Pros:

Comfy bedding and hot shower

Cons:

The staff was pretty dependent on boses for every small request. We asked for a hose pipe as we had an issue with our motorcycle, somwone had to ask someone and eventually after waiting for 20 mins the security head comes and casually said ya u can. Never seen that in any hotel.
Also i felt humiliated while chking out cos ur staff chked the room thoroughly while i was right there. As much as i understand that ur rooms must be chked post chk out but is that any way to do it?? And the staff is obviously only following orders, so i dont blame them. Even when i was in the lift with the staff boy taking my bags. The conversation on wakie talkie was only abt chking the room. It was honestly very very humiliating. Never again will i stay in ur property for that one reason.

Pros:

Visited here along with my family on 26 OCT 2025. Better than 5 star experience. The entrance lobby is grand with a majestic ganesh idol 👌 everything was perfect. AC and hot water were even more better available 24X 7. The best experience was in the spa for foot massage and in Tangelo restaurant - dinner where host Menakshi was a great host 👍👍 the quality of food was perfect 💯. Even breakfast was really nice with
great selection.

It was really great experience. It was near to Imagica walking distancethat was great
Pros:

Ambience and worth for money factor i like much. I like Small but nice Infinity pool. Music while dinner was awesome. Receptionist Sanket Patil very helpful.

Cons:

In Dinner, spicy options were less.

Not at all worth staying at this property
Cons:

1.No facilities for kids at all
2.There was noise in the room
3.Price too high for liking
4.Food was very bad
5.Not much options at all in buffet
6.Staff was not ready to co-operate specially (Mr.Nitish)
7. When told to clean the room only half of the room was cleant they had to be told again to please clean the remaining half.
8. Only just a building with rooms in it
And no facilities in it.

Property is right next to Imagicaa and is very nice. Staff are polite. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Pool is very small for the size of the property. No charging facility for EV.
