We would definately stay there again
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, so was the lunch and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The near by car park was a bit of a faff, but once we found out you could get tickets from the local co op it was ok.

Sometimes live music on in the pub below which can be noisy if planning an early night... not sure if this is a negative because you may well enjoy it, just check ahead before you book.

Knusse plek voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Leuke locatie midden in een gezellig winkelstraatje op loopafstand van een winkeltje en andere eetgelegenheden. Helemaal top is de pub beneden waar je gezellig wat kunt drinken en eten. Makkelijke uitvalsbasis om ook Hastings of Rye te bezoeken.

Cons:

Het enige nadeel is dat je de auto niet op eigen terrein kunt parkeren, maar op een betaald parkeren terrein moet zetten. Doordat wij net niet in het weekend verbleven, was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid. Verderop in de straat zijn wel opties, maar ontbijt in huis was wel net iets fijner geweest. Dit wisten we overigens van tevoren, dus was voor nu verder geen issue.

A lovely cosy stay at the Bull Inn.
Pros:

The Bull is a beautiful Inn. Lovely pub setting as you walk in. Lots of character.
Location was excellent right on the high street. 15min walk from the station.
Spacious Room but cosy and warm. Very clean.

Cons:

No Breakfast or Dinner was served in the restaurant during our stay so we were a little disappointed.
Only decaf coffee sachets in the room. For a family room there was no fridge. Made it hard to store the baby's milk.
No parking directly at the property.
