Comfortable stay with a great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Tbilisi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good selection to start the day.

Cons:

The overall experience was good, but the staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent – the coffee and cups were not replenished every day, and on one occasion fresh towels were forgotten. Small details like these would make the stay even better.

Hotel muito confortável a uma curta distância a pé do centro histórico.
Pros:

O conforto, hotel parece novo, e todas as comodidades. Parece que sempre a ex encontra estacionamento fácil.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço tem pouca fruta. Um cão fez as necessidades no portão de entrada do hotel e depois de eu alertar que alguém devia limpar, no dia seguinte ainda lá estava. A subida para o hotel a pé do centro histórico pode ser um bocado cansativa.

Pros:

Отличный отель, особенно за свои деньги. Все чисто, хороший вид из окна, очень дружелюбный персонал. Кровати удобные. Завтрак вкусный и сбалансированный.

Cons:

В здании довольно хорошая слышимость (и со двора, и из других номеров/корридора), нам, в целом, было норм, не испортило впечатления, но если вы чутко спите, то, думаю, может помешать.

მომცეს ოთახი სადაც ყარდა კანალიზაციის სუნი !!! შემიცვალეს ეგრევე, ახალი ნომერში არ იყო იგივე სიტუაცია, ისეთ შეფასები ჰქონდა მოლოდინი მეტი მქონდა, ლოგინი იყო არაკომფორტული, დილით კისერი გაშეშებული იყო

Небольшой отель, которому всего пару лет, вживую выглядит даже лучше чем на фото, везде очень чисто, удобные кровати и стильные номера, в ванне не было неприятного запаха, вид был на город и горы, так как отель находится на возвышении, ради вида и делала бронь. Такси дешевое и было легко добраться до отеля.
По приезду у меня был подарок,состоящий из того, чем славится Грузия. Поздний заезд, около 12 ночи - с этим проблем не возникло.
Девушка и парень на ресепшене обходительные и всегда готовы помочь, тоже самое могу сказать и о персонале на кухне.
Поскольку балконы узкие в номерах - отель это компенсировал большим колличеством видовых терасс на разных этажах.
Лифт, располагающийся напротив столовой, ведет на открытую террассу 4 этажа, где можно было позавтракать с красивым видом.
Завтрак ,шведский стол, был достойный- тушенная курица, овсянка, омлет, сосиски и нарезки из колбасы /сыра, овощи, джемы, творог, хловья, печенье, молоко, разные соки, чай, кофе и тд

Cons:

- добавить ночные шторы
- сделать более нейтральный запах дезодарирования в коридорах отеля, мне было ок, но не всем может понравиться
- шторку можно в душевой повесить до пола
- добавить больше вешалок
- в ванной не очень удобная вентиляция - маленькое окошко, с низким ростом до него сложно добраться)
- на балконе в номере не посидеть вечером , так как он узкий, стул не поместится
- проверка номеров после выезда - очень необычно для Грузии, было ощущение, что нужно ходить по номеру оч осторожно, чтоб ничего не разбить. Но возможно, по этой причине в отеле все аккуратно и не поломано
- наверное, если больше 2 чемоданов будет, в коридоре номера будет мало места, так как, шкафа нет
