Absolutely beautiful. The rooms are beachy-chic, and the walls and ceilings seem to be made of concrete, so you can’t hear anyone in the other rooms. It was clean, and we enjoyed having a balcony. There’s a mini fridge, which was great for snacks and cold drinks. We used the gym and sauna, which were both nice. The gym is on the top floor and has great views from the balconies, and is equipped with cardio machines and weights. The sauna was big enough for three of us to comfortably sit, and there was space for another person yet. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of gluten-free options, including scrambled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruits. Staff were friendly and helpful, and super attentive at breakfast to make sure everything was continually well stocked. There were little tags at breakfast in both Spanish and English, which was really helpful. We will definitely be back!
The only thing we didn’t love was trying to get out of the underground parking. We appreciated the safe place to park with easy access to the elevators, but it’s tight and the sensor was broken so we were a little nervous going in and out (there’s only one way in and out so we were nervous about someone trying to enter as we were leaving).
Aufgrund der Beschreibung auf Booking hatten wir angenommen, dass unsere Zimmer zum Garten hin liegen. Uns wurden jedoch Zimmer zugewiesen, die zur Strasse hin liegen. Da die Fenster nicht besonders gut sind, hört man nachts ständig vorbeifahrende Autos und Motorräder.

0 hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado . Novo, moderno. Já que vcs falaram em praia, o hotal disponibiliza cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia.
O hotel não tem restaurante, nem mesmo para um café ou sanduíche. Não tem tb um bar. Pedi gelo e me deram umas pedrinhas lascadas e amontoadas. Não dá para tomar um café ou um drink .Roomservice, nem pensar. Para falar com a recepção, só whatsapp, não tem telefone no quarto.Poucos funcionários.No café da manhã não limpam as mesas,a gente tem q ficar procurando o q está limpo ou usado. Já q vcs falaram em recibo, não recebi nenhum.

Es la tercera vez que me quedo en el hotel.
Me gusta la ubicación, la decoración en general y el precio.
También que fueron muy serviciales un mediodía que compramos unas ensaladas nos acercaron platos, cubiertos y lo necesario para almorzar en las mesas del desayuno. Es muy importante dado que no ofrecen servicio de restaurante.
Ya algunas cosas necesitan mejor mantenimiento. Las toallas ya necesitan cambio, la terraza tiene signos de desgaste y los muebles de la terraza también están pidiendo un cambio o renovación.
Al momento del check in que es a las 14 horas se acumula gente porque en la recepción no querían comenzar a registrar a los huéspedes y hacer un pre check in para luego entregar los dormitorios a las 14 horas. Muchas personas protestaron por esta mala organización.
Consejo: avancen con el pre check in y luego entreguen las llaves de los dormitorios a las 14.
El desayuno podría mejorar. Si bien la presentación, la vajilla y el lugar es muy agradable el café podría ser mejor, la fruta no estaba buena.
Te dejan agua de cortesía solamente el dia del check in, luego no reponen. Luego de pedirles accedieron a darme agua sin cargo que agradezco. Pero podría haberse evitado el inconveniente.
En todos los hoteles que he visitado si dejan agua en al habitación de cortesía es de reposición diaria. Incluso en otros hoteles de PDe. Punto para mejorar para tener clientes satisfechos.
