De locatie (gelijk in het centrum) de rust in het hotel ( geen herrie of vervelende mensen ) de kamers zijn groot en heel schoon ( groter dan de meeste kamers in alacati ) en vooral de eigenaar sami is een hele aardige man die je met alles helpt en met je meedenkt en ervoor zorgt dat je verblijf gewoon perfect is

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place itself was comfortable and well-located, but what truly made the difference was the owner ( Sami). He went above and beyond to make my trip smooth and enjoyable — helping with bookings, sharing the best local suggestions, and even arranging taxis whenever I needed. His kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel so welcome, almost like I was staying at a friend’s place.

Boutique hotel run by a lovely family passionate for hospitality. Lovely, interior design of the facilities, pool, and nice comfy rooms. The owner was incredibly helpful, giving tips for anything from restaurants to activities.

If we come back to Alacati will stay there again.

Hotel Zena is set in a quiet location within walking distance to Alacati town Centre and local amenities the hotel was absolutely beautiful with an amazing outside garden and fresh salt water pool . The room I was staying in was decorated beautifully with a very exceptionally comfortable bed, The hotel owners were extremely helpful and very kind. I would like to thank Sami, Ms Gül and Mr Selim for all their hospitality throughout my stay no doubt I will be returning in the near future. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have time out to relax and enjoy the benefits of a boutique hotel. A truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, the room was beautiful, super clean and comfortable, and the level of customer service exceeded all expectations. Sami and his mother were exceptionally kind and attentive their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great family run hotel, extremely helpful and kind. Awesome location, quiet but a few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants.

Small boutique hotel with awesome pool.

Sami was an awesome host as was his mum. They even helped up with laundry in a quick turn around and transfers to bus stop.

If we ever go back to Alcanti this is where we will be staying.

Zena hotel was above all our expectations, we was un Alaçati before and knowed approximately what to expect, but Zena was just perfect! Super new super clean, made with love to details. Situated in most quiet part of old city, but in the middle of everything u need,shops,cafes etc. Good WiFi and super friendly Host.Sami was super supportive either anything we needed. That was best hotel experience in this city .

The property is better than I expected. Super clean and feels literally like home. The staff was amazing, responsive and did their best to ensure me a cozy stay. Great location in the center of Alacati, 5-10 mins walk from everything you would need. This will be my go-to property whenever I am in town.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with incredible hospitality. Rooms were spotless and well-equipped - exactly as they appear on Booking (if not better!) The pool area was gorgeous and our host was always on hand to give us fantastic recommendations. We loved every minute of our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Super friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning had broken, despite all efforts an engineer couldn’t come out, fans were out in our room to make it more comfortable.
Coffee machine in the room, however, if you are not a coffee drinker take your own tea and travel kettle.
The pool area and the inside area/rooms are spotless and very tastefully decorated.
Would definitely stay again.
