Atendimento dos funcionários nota 10, ótima localização e o café da manhã muito bom pelo valor pago da hospedagem, voltaria com certeza. Custo beneficio excelente.

Atendimento funcionário da recepção

Cons:

Quarto péssimo, camas ruins, não tem armário, não tem espelho no quarto, cheiro ruim no quarto e forte cheiro de comida na recepção e no corredor do quarto que fica ao lado da recepção.
Fiz check in as 15h e sai às 17h, depois de encontrar outro hotel .

Gostei de me hospedar no hotel Amaz, principalmente da Maria a recepcionista foi uma amor,me ajudou em TD que precisei!!! gratidão!!!🙏🏽

Quero ressaltar tbm o café da manhã excelente e o chuveiro a água e quentinha e maravilhosa!!

Tem estacionamento, tv smart e wi-fi, mas o restante deixa muito a desejar!

Quarto mal cheiroso, com pintura mal conservada, lodo no banheiro, extremamente pequeno o quarto. Muito barulho durante a noite, a janela dava para uma parte externa do hotel mas a janela não possuía fecho para poder trancar mesmo sendo andar terreo, a equipe de limpeza mesmo sabendo que havia hóspede no quarto tentou entrar por 3x no quarto, a recepção mandou msg avisando sobre o final da diária e ficou ligando dando a impressão de que o hóspede estava atrapalhando o andamento dos serviços do hotel antes mesmo do final da diária. Não consegui dormir direito devido aos problemas do quarto e a equipe do hotel não ajudou muito para mudar minha percepção. E o café da manhã não é bom, muito pouca variedade, só há pães não havia uma fruta disponível e o suco era artificial
