Exceptional service. Great boutique hotel, clean rooms and good food
Pros:

We visited in April 2026 (2 adults and 2 kids in 2 separate rooms). As many reviews state, the service was truly exceptional. Chloe and Susan from the reception/management team, in particular are excellent hospitality professionals, always trying to predict your needs, learning your names, help book drivers/tours/ laundry, etc. Location was good- not too close to the Old Town which I preferred (as the Old Town has become a bit of a circus since we last visited years ago). The rooms were very clean and the beds were beyond comfy.

My room overlooking the main road was a bit noisy due to all the traffic, but nothing earplugs cant fix.

Breakfast was lovely, and included a very decent variety of food (fruit, local dishes, bread, juices, egg station, etc). We had lunch a few times at the same restaurant and found the food to be great.

The pool area was also lovely, and even though the pool is amall, it’s enough to have a little swim and a respite from the intense heat.

FYI - The heat in/around Hoi An gets much worse between May-August (over 40/45C) so ensure you don’t visit during that period as it’s borderline dangerously hot.

Overall, we Highly recommend Delicacy due to the high level of service provided.

The property was well presented very clean.

Cons:

Personally, I liked the greeting by Vy at the entrance. Customer service skills being able to speak English the willingness to help us with everything we needed the beautiful hotel and it’s layout the cleanliness had stayed at many hotels. This is by far the best one in Vietnam.

Angenehmes Verweilen, wenn man außerhalb speist.
Pros:

Extrem serviceorientiertes Personal. Sauber und luxuriös. Gute Lage. Tolle Betten!!!

Cons:

Die Küche. Das Essen á la carte konnte den gesetzten Ansprüchen leider nicht genügen, wurde uns aber freundlicherweise dann auch nicht berechnet.

Das Ambiente, das ausgezeichnete Service, das köstliche Essen, der Pool, der Spabereich,...
Die Altstadt ist in nicht einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand mit den Hotelfahrrad problemlos erreichbar.
Das Hotelpersonal ist aufmerksam und bei allen Anliegen hilfsbereit (sogar meine Sportschuhe, bei denen sich die Sohle löste, wurden vor Ort repariert). Das Waschservice für Kleidung perfekt (helle, dunkle Wäsche getrennt).
Ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort und absolut empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Lovely hotel room was excellent 5⭐ overlooking the pool. Breakfast was excellent all the people that worked there was so nice and helpful especially Chloe I can't recommend this hotel enough. If we go back to Vietnam which we will we will be stopping here

静かでほっとする場所。
Pros:

清潔で快適だった。朝食は、毎日変化があって、特にフォーは上品な味付け、poached eggが美味しかった。Chloeさんのホスピタリティは素晴らしくAliceさん、Rachelさん、ドアマンもスタッフは皆親切で、レストラン予約など常にリクエストに対応してくれた。ホテル向かいに足マッサージ屋さんがあり、30分からメニューがあり、リーズナブルで上手だった。

Pros:

Amazing staff, very good breakfast, clean pool, great spa, and a little ways away from the very busy part of Hoi An. Still an easy walk to Old Town. The desk manager, Chloe, was one of the best things about the hotel.

Cons:

Cocktails were hit or miss from the bar. Cocktail culture is not big in Vietnam, so staffing and ingredients can be hard to get right. Be patient and explain your preferences if your drink isn't to your liking. Keep it simple if you can. Whiskey soda is always a safe bet.
