Our room was beautifully decorated, so comfortable and clean. The staff here were very friendly and helpful - Alice checked us in and gave us good recommendations. The hotel is in a good location about 10-15 mins walk from old town area. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Overall I loved my stay here, the staff were all amazing, especially Chloe on reception, thank you for making my stay a great one. Good breakfast choices. 10 min walk to old town. I would definitely return to this hotel.
As always noise levels in hotels are down to other guests being considerate, if your at the back facing the pool the noise does echo. Nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff.
This hotel is a gem.The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very attentive and kind and do everything to make your stay very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. They made sure we were picked up from the train station early in the morning and brought to the hotel and organised a taxi for us when we left too. We found the bed super comfortable, loved the big bath in the room , enjoyed a swim in the pool , used their laundry twice as well as the spa. I had a very relaxing Balinese massage and a facial. The location of the hotel is perfect, in walking distance of the old town where you will find lots of restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the hotel is one of the best ones we had during our month of travel. So much variety of delicious food! We appreciated all the small touches like the notes about the town history left on our bed before bedtime. All the staff is genuinely interested in you and anticipates your wishes which is exceptional. I totally recommend this hotel if you are coming to Hoi An .
Very comfortable hotel. I had a queen size bedroom which was a comfortable size for one person. The ataff was very helpful and kind. It is about 15 min walk to the walking area.
I would like them to be more environmentally friendly.
