SpringHill Suites in Jacksonville delivered exceptional customer service.
Pros:

My stay at SpringHill Suites in Jacksonville was extraordinary, especially because of the staff at the front desk. They truly went out of their way to make my stay a memorable one. They were personable, friendly and helpful in every way. I also really liked the room layout and lighting. The room had a couch and desk area somewhat separate from the sleeping area. I was working while I was there so I appreciated the professional setup of the office/livingroom area and later when my family members and I were spending time in the room, the separation made it feel more like we were gathered in a living room than a hotel room.

Cons:

The dispensers for conditioner and body wash were low so I had to work hard to get enough product for my hair. While it was quiet at night, I did hear others in the hallways during the day.

ROACHES!!
Pros:

ROACHES!! From the room door that quit working that required the fire department to breach it when they hotel didn’t have a way to open it, to the room we were moved to for 30min that has roaches in it, to the 3rd room that has large red stain next to the bed with dripping stains above the bed. We were kicked out after I showed the picture of the roaches to the front desk to prove they were up there. The GM, Andrea response was that I must have taken the pictures elsewhere and had to leave the property. Pictures have GPS and time stamps. They also show the hotel couch and floor and walls.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Design of the room was incredible.
I felt like someone put in real effort to make the layout feel comfortable, modern, and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

Location is odd.
Person that checked us in and did the billing needs more training.
Room billed to the incidental card instead of the card on file. Also double billed the incidentals.
No I have to deal with the financial issues after the service was completed.
Lastly, the bed is extra stiff and had a difficult sleep.
