The bed was comfortable, and sheets and towels were changed every 2 days.

Staff were so kind and accommodating. Everything we needed was in the room. Great quality WIFI

I liked how peaceful and quiet it was. I could hear the ocean and the breeze was lovely. It was a little older but seemed updated and so was more roomie than the cookie cutter hotel rooms. There was a kitchen and couch and table and it was well furnished. Nice people too. You could walk to a few different restaurants. Including a wood fired pizza place on the oceans edge. Wonderful vibe

Beautiful gardens and good location in Pango. The pool is nice and private and it’s not far to walk to the free public beach. Lovely staff and big room.

If you want a clean comfortable base on a budget to explore efate island its perfect...!
If your looking for a posh beach resort keep looking.
Family unit had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. Great size and very comfortable and clean. Great dining options in 2m walk to cafe villa and three pigs. Great kitchen for self catering and nice comfy lounge. Good shower and ir condition. Super friendly helpful staff....like Super helpful.

The location is amazing with three great restaurants a skip, hop and a jump away with Pango Pizza, Cafe Vila & Three Pigs some of the best restaurants around Port Vila. The accommodation was fantastic with a bonus having your own kitchen and a descent amount of space for storage and living space. Highly recommend for families with bigger rooms and pool was a bonus.

Sweet little spot down a rocky driveway, tucked in between the locals, off the main road. We wanted to be able to make contact with the people of this community and that’s what we got. We were well taken care of by the Elluk staff. Location set near great restaurants. Easy transport by vans.

The location

Absolutely terrible experience – do NOT recommend Eluk East Studios in Port Vila.

First of all, the bathroom didn’t even have a bin – which is just basic hygiene. Worse, there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom the whole time we were there. The glass back door was broken, and the air conditioning did not work at all in the tropical heat – totally unacceptable.

Their so-called laundry service is a joke. The washing machine barely cleaned our clothes – we had to rewash everything once we got home. We only asked for new towels once (after going to the river), and now they’re using that as an excuse to refuse to refund our 20,000 vatu bond, claiming the towels were “too dirty.” Seriously? Isn’t it the hotel’s job to provide fresh towels when guests need them?

To make it worse, they’re accusing us of breaking a window in the children’s room, when in fact the window already had issues on one side when we arrived. We double-checked everything before leaving – nothing was broken. Same goes for the toilet seat – it was already loose and moving when we got there, and now they’re blaming us for damage we didn’t do.

This place is poorly managed, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble – stay somewhere else. One star is being generous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elluk East Studios. Everyone was very friendly. It is good value for the price. Would recommend!

Best location to get away from work and people and just enjoy the quietness of the area. Highly recommended for getaway stays.

The good:

Clean. Nice furniture and appliances, feels modern. Nice staff, very friendly. Nice food options next door. Strong air conditioning.

The not so good:

Hot water didnt work our entire 3 night stay. Very cold showers. Finally on the last day they came to fix it, hours before checking out, which was useless since we didnt need to shower anymore, and actually inconvinient since they asked for my help, made noise, and flipped on random switches, taking up our last couple hours.
The google maps link on the expedia page is wrong, leads you somewhere in north port villa. Lost bus fare there.
Washing fee expensive (compared to other places ive stayed. I. E Nasama is free, Lagoon Gardens is free, Pacific Paradise 300 VT, etc.) and was told the clothes would be folded and brought to our rooms but we ended up having to grab and fold them ourselves and was still charged full price (1000VT)
