Staff were so kind and accommodating. Everything we needed was in the room. Great quality WIFI

I liked how peaceful and quiet it was. I could hear the ocean and the breeze was lovely. It was a little older but seemed updated and so was more roomie than the cookie cutter hotel rooms. There was a kitchen and couch and table and it was well furnished. Nice people too. You could walk to a few different restaurants. Including a wood fired pizza place on the oceans edge. Wonderful vibe

If you want a clean comfortable base on a budget to explore efate island its perfect...!
If your looking for a posh beach resort keep looking.
Family unit had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. Great size and very comfortable and clean. Great dining options in 2m walk to cafe villa and three pigs. Great kitchen for self catering and nice comfy lounge. Good shower and ir condition. Super friendly helpful staff....like Super helpful.

Sweet little spot down a rocky driveway, tucked in between the locals, off the main road. We wanted to be able to make contact with the people of this community and that’s what we got. We were well taken care of by the Elluk staff. Location set near great restaurants. Easy transport by vans.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elluk East Studios. Everyone was very friendly. It is good value for the price. Would recommend!

The good:

Clean. Nice furniture and appliances, feels modern. Nice staff, very friendly. Nice food options next door. Strong air conditioning.

The not so good:

Hot water didnt work our entire 3 night stay. Very cold showers. Finally on the last day they came to fix it, hours before checking out, which was useless since we didnt need to shower anymore, and actually inconvinient since they asked for my help, made noise, and flipped on random switches, taking up our last couple hours.
The google maps link on the expedia page is wrong, leads you somewhere in north port villa. Lost bus fare there.
Washing fee expensive (compared to other places ive stayed. I. E Nasama is free, Lagoon Gardens is free, Pacific Paradise 300 VT, etc.) and was told the clothes would be folded and brought to our rooms but we ended up having to grab and fold them ourselves and was still charged full price (1000VT)

Clean, good kitchen facilities and has an air-conditioner.
Wifi a bit slow and nothing stands out near that location.

Clean and quiet property, very helpful staff, cold aircon, hot water, Amazon Fire tv, WiFi, pool and lounge area were nice.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Couple food option's close by, cheep taxi to town centre, makes for an easy quick stay on the main island. Staff have always been friendly and will8ng to help.

Good localty.
Shower leaking even when turned off very annoying.
We were there gor 6 days with no room service.
We had to adk for disheashing equipment.
Overall accommodation was good.

Solide Unterkunft.
Großes Apartment, schöner Pool, Amlage gepflegt. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Lage etwas abseits, aber Port Vila Downtown gut zu erreichen (auch mit den öffentlichen Bussen).
Ausstattung der Küche leider nicht optimal (der Herd war defekt).

Needs alot of maintenance!

Despite having a little discrepancy between Expedia and the hotel itself (Expedia did not send a confirmation of my reservation), the staff made sure to get me situated into a room and then worked hard to get it all sorted. They made me feel so at home. Walking distance to two lovely restaurants that are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this was a great location as it was near the city but just far enough to be quiet and serene. Had really great nights sleeps here and woke up to views of the ocean. Thank you!

I travel heaps and always love a bargain and this was one of the best ever for value. The rooms are nicely decorated with all the comforts one needs on holiday (or even if away on business). The bed was so comfortable and the staff so very friendly. The beautiful gardens have lovely areas to rest in and the pool was sparkling clean and welcome in the heat of Vanuatu. There was a good cafe almost next door with great coffee. If you ask for a second floor room you'll get some sea views. I loved this little hotel and will return again and again.It's the best value for sure.
