Great communication from the staff. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The apartment was precisely as advertised. Clean and tidy, comfortable, and secure.
The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13.

I would definitely rent this apartment again!

It was a great stay. Comfortable and safe. Chinar was great help. Made the stay very convenient. Only issue was that Wifi was down when I went. But still very clean and nice. We will go again when we go to LA in the future.

Almost everything about the property was disappointing. The wifi never worked. All the passwords that they provied, nothing worked. So beware that there would be no wifi. They have pictures of apartments on Expedia which includes balcony. You would obviously assume that if yiu are getting an apartment for six people it would have a balcony, but no absolutely not. They claimed that they never advertised balcony which is technically wrong but they did advertise free wifi and then didnt deliver. It doesnt end here. They dont even give you paper tissues. Denise was decent receptionist and was at least apologetic. The other receptionist spoke like she was accusing you. I am very disappointed and I have to go back in two days again because the free cancellation expired two weeks before travelling.

Enjoyed my stay truly! Make sure you indicate prior to your stay that you need parking for a more comfortable stay.

This property has plumbing issues. There was a loud noises coming from the draining. Noise was so loud I could not sleep. The toilet stopped flushing after the first night and I contacted the property manager at 6am. The toilet was not functioning until the after 4pm.

This is a new building in a nice neighborhood. It was a great stay with safe, underground parking. My only suggestion would be to not use scented laundry detergent on the sheets and towels as i am sensitive to that sort of thing and it negatively impacted my stay.

The place was perfect! But the check in process can be a pain. We was told we can check in a bit early but as we got there couldn’t get a reach of anyone so we sat out there for a good 40 mins (after 4pm). Then they finally responded. Once we were checked in everything was good. The place was nice and clean. Location is good. We loved the rooftop! The bed was uncomfortable but we made it work. Check out process was nice and easy also.

Couches seemed kinda of dated and were in the itchy side when I sat too long. Had to clean the bed sheets/blanket/pillow cases due to a musky smell.

I was impressed with the property. It was very pleasant and we were quite comfortable. The garage was perfect. I’m so glad that was available. And my agent was very responsive. So overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

They have everything you need in the place good room service and a gym with a lot of new equipment.

First the check in process was a nightmare and clearly the worst part about the place. It took nearly an hour and got yelled at by some lady for doing what we were told to do in the video they provided, unacceptable to be honest. When the rest of our party arrived they were met with more yelling to move their vehicle or get towed when they were just unloading their luggage. Horrible reactions by the staff. When we asked if their was more parking somewhere we were met with "Google it". Felt like trash to deal with anyone.

The apartment offered was nice for the price, quite large and fit 6 of us. I brought an air mattress so I kind of cheated but it was still nice.
The area around it is downtown LA, so it's awful and disgusting but they can't do anything about it, you should know what you are getting into when you book to stay in LA. It's a little too far to walk to the convention center where we were going, but it was whatever, I wish I knew exactly where it was before I booked with the scetchy site they made me use and upload a credit card picture.

TL:DR it's quite nice for the price, communication is crap, staff is very rude and booking is very sketchy. I wouldn't go again unless I was balling on a budget.

Chinar was very welcoming and accommodating during my stay. Will definitely be retuning to this location for my future trips.

The room was nice, but check in and check out were a pain. There isn’t a proper receptionist which contributes to check in and check out difficulties

Last minute family trip to LA. Found this gorgeous place for a good price. Great location, for a two bedroom very spacious, very clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive if anything was needed. Said hello anytime we ran into them during our time here. Most definitely would recommend and will be staying if available next time. Thank you all for making my family and I welcomed

The unit was well equipped. Towels need to be refreshed. A/C didn't work well.

Clean convienent and easy check in/out

Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a warm welcome and easy instructions to get to our room. Whenever we were concerned or needed to ask questions prior to our booking, our hosts were incredibly responsive. We were also welcomed with a very clean apartment, plus snacks included! We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to LA, we’re definitely rebooking if we return!
