I realize I received an automated email, but I want to report the problem I encountered. On Monday evening I arrived in front of the Charter Hotel and was greeted by a big surprise: the hotel was closed. Not just closed, but with wooden boards nailed to the windows. Not only was there no way to contact anyone, but at midnight I had to look for another hotel. I have been a Booking customer for many years, but I have never had such a negative experience.

Pros:

Warning, don’t book from these slimes. got a great price , then they bump me to book for more money. They called me when I was on my from the airport with family and kids to tell someone lame story about broken pipes. They Didn’t do anything to accommodate me. Told me to go back to the website. This BS place cost me an extra $800.

El lugar no estaba disponible y tampoco quisieron devolverme el dinero se negaron el reembolso del dinero y tuve que buscar inmediatamente otro Hotel no hubo asistencia por parte de nadie horrible

Cons:

El lugar estaba cerrado hacía mucho tiempo y Booking.com lo seguía promocionando en su página web había problemas legales con ese Hotel y seguían cobrándole el dinero a la gente

En Charter no había nadie atendiendo, nadie contestaba, cuando lo logramos (porque una joven muy amable del Hotel Carolina nos ayudó), además y peor el baño sucio, no nos pudimos ni bañar, camas sucias, el lugar inseguro, gente extraña en las afueras, borrachos, algo imposible de explicar, fue fatal la experiencia.
