Awful experience. They canceled my booking the same day I was going to arrive and left me with no place to stay. I called them the night before no one answered. I do NOT recommend this place!!!!

Buena experiencia, buena relación precio/calidad/cerca de la playa
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es que está muy cerca de la playa, no me hospedé en la charter house propiamente tal por un problema que tuvieron con las tuberías, sin embargo, me dieron como solución quedarme en un pequeño apartamento que tenía las comodidades necesarias para mí estadía.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tuviera televisión, considerando que estaba con 3 niños, fué un poco complejo, independiente de que sean vacaciones y de que pudiéramos salir, en ciertos ratos de descanso, extrañamos tener tele. De todas maneras, fué parte de la solución que me dieron por no poder optar al charter house y lo agradecí, peor era quedar sin habitación.

Nos cancelaron la reserva el mismo dia que llegamos y no nos dieron nada de compensación, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel el misno dia qué llegamos. Y si uno cancelaba si le cobran el total de la reserva.⁷

Estafa no existe este lugar
Pros:

No pudimos ingresar. Es un lugar en abandonó y nadie nunca respondió nuestros mensajes ni atendido el teléfono

Cons:

ALERTA DE ESTAFA. Llegamos de noche por una demora en el vuelo. Estuviste llamando todo Ronda y poniendo mensajes sin respuesta. Al final llegamos al lugar y ahí no había nada es un lugar abandonado.

This motel is not ready for rent. Bad conditions. The toilet was broken. A mirror broken covered with a sheet. There is no soap or toilet paper in the restroom .Not enough light in the room. The wall next to the AC is dirty due to the humidity. Not TV. Not the microwave, this place should be closed.

Pros:

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero dentro de la habitación es pésima, con un olor a humedad y cucarachas, el piso estaba sucio , no había toalla, ni jabón, allí ,hay una señora viviendo en unos de los apartamentos y ayuda a los homeless a cuando los cuartos están vacío ellos duerma , los gabinetes de la cosina todo sucio y con un desagradable olor al igual que el closet y las gavetas de la cómoda y un gavetero frente a la cama , el tv no sirve , conclusión está para demolerlo y hacerlo nuevo

La persona del Front desk,es muy amable y profesional.

No tuvimos aire en el cuarto ninguno de los dos días de estancia,el TV no funcionaba,el piso se le podía raspar la churre.Creo que los dueños deben pasarle un poco la mano a las habitaciones ya que está en tan buen lugar.
