Great Location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, lovely gardens and pool. Would stay again.

Cons:

We had 4 rooms as a family and all were smaller than an average hotel. But we spent little time in them so was not a real issue.

我只对我住的这个房型感到不满意，因为我们是一家三口，希望住在大一点的房间里，但是这个房型里有桑拿房，大型按摩浴缸还有独立淋浴房，三个大器械占据了房间大部分面积，而洗澡时只能一个人洗，另外的人去房间外等候，这个房型可能适合蜜月旅行的夫妻和情侣。

A gorgeous charming boutique hotel right in historical Palermo with all the comforts one needs.
Pros:

Position was excellent. So easy to walk to the main sights and great restaurants. Paolo at reception was so helpful. Room with its ancient wall was gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely. A small charming hotel right in the heart of historical Palermo with all the comforts one needs. The garden was gorgeous! A hidden surprise behind the big gate.

Cons:

Pool was a little green and some guests left towels on sunbeds for hours to claim their space even though they weren’t there.

Very comfortable stay with exceptionally attentive staff
Pros:

Excellent location with many restaurants on the doorstep
Extremely helpful staff. One of our party is elderly and very infirm, and the staff could not have been more attentive to our needs.
Very comfortable rooms.
Nice pool area.
Free parking right outside the hotel even though it’s in the centre - wheelchair accessible.

Pros:

Herrliche Garten- und Pooloase mitten in Neapel. Etwas schwer zu finden, da von außen fast nicht erkennbar. Aber gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und Parkplätze vor Ort genügend vorhanden, es sei denn, man kommt spät an. Beliebtes Ausgehviertel und zahlreiche Restaurants nearby.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und spricht tw sogar deutsch.

Great location, loved the park at night. Lovely garden and nice room. Bathroom was great too and the whole place felt very new and safe. Would recommend

Breakfast was lovely, a good variety of things. The hotel is like a little oasis, really green with a lovely pool which was very essential in the july heat. Staff were all lovely and very helpful and even helped us when we were looking lost just outside of the hotel!

As there was a heat wave, the pool and loungers were popular and inaccessible on occasions
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location near restaurants, and the town centre was within easy walking distance. There's a lot to see in Palermo; 5 nights were not enough. The spa pool was a fantastic facility to have access too although very busy Thursday - Saturday while we were there.

Cons:

The pool and loungers were popular, but access was not always available.

A Beautiful Oasis in the Heart of Palermo
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel during our honeymoon.

The hotel’s gardens are absolutely gorgeous and feel like a true oasis in the middle of the city. After spending the day sightseeing in Palermo’s June heat, it was such a luxury to return and relax by the beautiful pool. It provided the perfect escape from the busy streets and made our stay feel incredibly special.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot while still feeling peaceful and secluded once you’re back at the hotel.

The staff were warm, welcoming and always happy to help. Our room was stunning, beautifully designed and very comfortable.

A special mention has to go to the breakfast. My husband is gluten-free, and we were amazed by the variety available for him. He was treated to delicious gluten-free pastries and even gluten-free arancini, something we’ve never come across before when travelling. He was absolutely delighted and felt genuinely catered for rather than being an afterthought.

We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. A truly memorable stay.
