Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and good on street parking
Pros:

Great location for parking up just inside the ZTL and an easy walk into the centre. Parked the car in the street and didn’t move it until we left. Lovely rooms and friendly staff. Paolo was especially friendly and helpful when we arrived. There is a small outdoor pool, but it was a bit cool for us in early March.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Palerme
Très confortable
Piscine et jacuzzi parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de Visite
Petit-déjeuner variés, avec de nombreux produits frais et des spécialités italiennes
Jardin a aménagé avec beaucoup de goût
Enfin le personnel, avec une mention particulière pour Paolo et ses excellents conseils.

Todo magnífico
Pros:

El hotel está muy chulo , el personal excelente y el desayuno es muy top , viajamos con un amigo celíaco, y su desayuno fue excelente, pastas y bollos recién hechos de panadería … un 10

Cons:

El parking fue un poco el punto negativo , cuesta mucho encontrar parking según la hora que llegues , aún así vale mucho la pena el hotel !

Pros:

Готель перевищив мої очікування. Дуже стильний, гарна територія, чудовий доглянутий сад - як з пінтересту. Це місце, в якому хочеться сповільнити час і насолодитися простором. Номери чисті і комфортні, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Якісна доглядова косметика (шампуні, бальзам, гель для душу і крем для тіла). В номері є фен. 
Персонал привітний, професійний - їм особлива подяка. Сніданок смачний. Розташований зручно, 10 хв пішки від залізничного вокзалу. Через старе місто пішки, легко дістатися до центру. Біля готелю є гарні заклади де можна повечеряти.

Cons:

Було б добре покращити шумоізоляцію. У нас був номер, який може стати сімейним (між нами були міжкімнатні двері). Через них було чутно навіть коли люди просто між собою розмовляють.
