Pros:

Un bout de paradis dans Palerme
Endroit magnifique
On a l'impression d'être dans un coin de paradis en pleine ville.
Quand on ouvre la porte de l'hôtel et qu'on arrive dans le magnifique jardin on ouvre la porte d'une maison et jardin de charme.
Sans oublier le personnel qui sont de vrais anges!!!!
Ils ont été adorables serviables souriants.
Plein de belles attentions pour notre fille.
Très bien placé!
Chambre parfaite du début à la fin.
Piscine et jacuzzi d'une propreté remarquable.
Jardin entretenu au millimètre!
Je conseille et nous reviendrons c'est sûr

Don't book the Suite
Pros:

The website showing stylish rooms, the amazing staff who couldn't help enough

Cons:

The ghastly "suite" room. 10,000 mis-fit pieces of furniture rammed into a huge space. Horrendous giant jacuzzi bath - heaven knows the bacteria, "disco" multi-spray shower in glass so open to everyone in the room, the biggest sauna rammed up against the bed, the hospital-style bed, dated noisy aircon, spooky figues behind the windows, bathroom with know where to leave your washbags, waste of an outer room, flickering ceiling lights, miniature wardrobe for vertically challenged visitors, weird kitchenette, TV off to the left so almost impossible to watch...should I go on?

Ein echter Glückstreffer in Palermo!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Palermo! Gute Lage mit vielen guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der wunderschöne Garten – eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Nadia für die vielen tollen Palermo-Tipps, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben!
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Empfehlung!

1 havre de paix dans une ville très riche en patrimoine.
Pros:

La diversité proposée était au top. Aussi, si je partais tôt en excursion, l'hôtel me préparait un petit déjeuner personnalisé. Et ça, c'était très appréciable. Le staff (le personnel) était très à l'écoute et très sympa.

Cons:

Le matelas de mon lit était trop dur (mais ça c'est une question très personnelle). Sinon, tout était parfait.

Charakter hotelu - taka oaza pośród chaosu miasta z fajnym ogrodem; lokalizacja super; obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna :)

Cons:

Hotel posiadał wszystko co trzeba ale za zapłaconą cenę oczekiwaliśmy czegoś wyróżniającego go od innych, tego zabrakło;

Etablissement de charme idéalement situé pour visiter Palerme, rapport qualité prix un peu élevé.
Pros:

Localisation parfaite tout près du centre historique avec parking à proximité.
Très joli jardin et piscine, un gros plus si près du centre !
Chambre confortable et décor authentique.
Petit déjeuner très varié, avec un grand choix de thés (ce qui est rarissime en Italie !)

Cons:

Malheureusement l'hôtel est bruyant. La cage d'escalier agit comme caisse de résonance, et les bruits de la réception nous ont réveillés assez tôt le matin.
Notre expérience nous a un peu déçus par rapport au prix payé.

I wouldn't recommend it although I don't know what the alternatives are like
Pros:

This hotel is a bit mixed. Some staff were good, others not so good. The location is handy for many things (e.g. the Botanic Gardens and the station), but the immediate locale is a bit dodgy.

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor, and the rooms were unattractive and under-furnished.

Nice quiet hotel in great location
Pros:

The hotel is located in a pleasant, predominantly residential neighbourhood, with several good-quality restaurants situated around a spacious open square nearby. Most of Palermo's main attractions are within comfortable walking distance. Approaching the Bastione Spasimo Hotel through its large, imposing metal doors, it is not immediately obvious that you have arrived at a hotel. Once inside, however, you are greeted by a secluded garden oasis that feels worlds away from the surrounding city.

Cons:

The rooms are quiet and comfortable, although somewhat compact. For example, Room 6 offered limited space, making it difficult to open two suitcases on the floor, and we had to squeeze past the television to get to the standard double bed.

Pros:

We reserved three rooms which was all comfortable. The pool area proved to be a great gathering spot and we enjoyed many hours poolside. The breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

One of the three rooms was very small for two people for multiple days. The hotel was fully booked so there was no option to switch rooms.

Nice quiet hotel with a nice pool.
Pros:

The hotel is an oasis of tranquility and close to nearby restaurants, bars and historic sections of Palermo. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. We loved the pool area - it was a great place to relax after touring the city. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
