Un’oasi nascosta ! Complimenti
Bardzo pomocny i miły personel. Pyszne śniadanie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Super lokalizacja.
Łazienka usytuowana na środku pokoju, niestety z kiepską wentylacją. Widoczne zniszczenia. Podczas śniadania soki, wędliny i owoce nie były już donoszone - kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Hotel przyjemny, ale cena zdecydowanie wygórowana.
It felt very secure. The additional features of a swimming pool, hot tub, plentiful outside seating areas, tea & coffee in the bedrooms and the exceptional buffet breakfast made for a perfect stay. The staff were amazing but a special mention has to go to Alex who was so polite friendly and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills.
The only issue really was the position of the hotel which seemed to be in a poor area but at least it was relatively quiet being away from a main road.

Die Betten sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich bequem zudem waren die Bettkissen von schlechter Qualität und sehr klein.

We loved almost everything! Only during the day (on a sunday) they were playing loud music across the park from the hotel. Obviously there’s nothing the hotel can do about this since they’re not the ones playing the music but may be worth considering if you absolutely need quiet during the day.
Also the shower drain was not great and the room door got easily jammed.
La ubicación es excelente: distrito de la Kalsa, el núcleo más antiguo del centro histórico de Palermo. La inmensa plaza dónde se ubica se llena de vida por las tardes, sin interferir en la tranquilidad dentro del jardín del hotel. Estás 30' andando de todos los sitios que merecen la pena en el casco histórico. El concepto de edificación es realmente interesante, utilizando lo que al parecer se conoce técnicamente como arquitectura de reutilización adaptativa. La habitación con un mobiliario minimalista preserva la construcción original, ubicándose en un habitáculo (casamata o almacén) con techo bóveda de cañon que debía formar parte de la muralla del bastión del siglo XVI que toma nombre el hotel.
Si no hubiese llovido, no lo hubiésemos percibido. Pero nos tocaron dos días de lluvia intensa en Palermo, casi torrencial. La habitación está a pie de jardín y carece de un espacio que haga de recibidor. No hay un perchero donde colgar la ropa mojada cuando entras. Tampoco hay perchas dentro del baño. Eso hace que tengas que improvisar con las perchas del armario y vayas dejando colgadas las prendas mojadas en sitios inverosímiles (p.e. el reborde de los espejos) o usando el flexo de la mesita de noche para colgar unos calcetines mojados. Creo que es algo que pueden solventar fácilmente, ya que parece ser que no es infrecuente las fuertes lluvias en Palermo. Por este motivo, considero que no debo puntuar con un 10 el aspecto de confort.

Banheiro muito bom com ducha forte além do padrão. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Tranquilo durante todo o dia e a noite. Equipe maravilhosa, acolhedora, simpática. Inclusive com uma pessoa que trabalhou no Brasil e fala português. Os quartos de fora são na pedra e são maravilhosos. Recomendo a escolha destes, mesmo que sejam mais baratos. Vale pela história e pela experiência.
