Pros:

Tiszta, modern, kényelmes apartman. Minden zökkenőmentes volt, a szállásadóval való kommunikáció is szuper volt! Vasúttal könnyen be lehetett jutni a belvárosba. A megálló nagyon közel volt, bolt szintén a szomszédos épületben.

Fijn verblijf, goede uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan München.
Pros:

Comfortabele kamer met koelkast en mogelijkheid zelf te koken. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Voordeel is vlakbij het station met een snelle verbinding naar München. Koffie en broodjes te koop onder in het gebouw zijn een aanrader!

Cons:

Geen ventilatie in de kamer. Het raam kan wel open., maar het werd er desondanks benauwd.

Pros:

The stay was great, easy check in and check out. Everything that is needed in an apartment was there and it was clean!
because it is not in the city center, it will be a lot more quite, which is nice.
The s-bahn station is right next to it, but the windows are amazing and we did not hear any of the trains through!
The balcony was great for having breakfast (supermarket is right around the corner)!

Cons:

-1 star for the location. It is quite far out of the center - easy to reach with the S-bahn (only a 4min walk to get there), but it will cost you time. Just be aware about that.

Pros:

Very good stay, conviniently close to the city center by train, quiet place and neighbourhood. The room is super clean, smells and looks amazing and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely come back here when we visit Munchen again!

Self check in and check out is a very good feature. The balcony as well.

Pros:

It's very quiet and you can't hear people from neighboring rooms at all (but the doors to the staircase was loud). The S-bahn station is very very close, like right across the street. The fridge was great, cold and the ice part froze water in two hours. The shower head was great.

Cons:

The pillows are terrible. It's like they're filled with air and when you put your head on it, it deflates completely. There was no AC, only a fan that doesn't help much. The windows didn't have a net so we couldn't even open the windows to cool down and because of this there's also a musty, fishy smell when we come back to the room after activities. We were there for three nights but the two of us only got two coffee capsules. The shower gel had to be used by the drop, they were so stingy with it (two small things and there's no refill), handsoap was paper thin and small, only two toilet paper rolls and no hand towels in the kitchen. Bunch of bs rules, like take out the trash when you leave and then we couldn't even find the bins. The reception was empty when we needed it.

Destul de bine pentru München.
Pros:

Proprietate in München la un raport calitate preț bun, lângă mijloace de transport, cu parcare, camera cu chicinetă, baie spațioasă.

Cons:

Fug saltele de pe pat, parcare contra cost, trebuie sa îți duc singur gunoiul, nu știi la cât timp se schimba prosoapele, fără mic dejun, camerele de la sosea cu zgomot de la trenuri, mesaje predominat in limba germana , fără interacțiune cu oameni.

Perfekte Lage, man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Die Unterkunft ist ok. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich o.k.
Bahnhof direkt gegenüber. Gute Anbindung an das Zentrum von München.

Cons:

Kompliziert einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu buchen.
Wenn man bei offenen Fenster schlafen will, sollte ein Zimmer nach hinten gebucht werden (ungerade Zimmernummern). Bahnlinie und Bahnhof direkt gegenüber.
