Best location at good price point
Pros:

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I can say it will be my choice if I visit Tokyo for fourth time too. Basically, we LOVE this hotel due to its location that short walking distance to 3 train stations, their longue at level 2 (kids' favourite), in-room washing machine, friendly and English-speaking staffs.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, located centrally. The staff were very helpful and happy. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We ordered 2 rooms. It would have been nicer if the rooms were next door to eachother, or if they could have been conjoined.

Bom hotel para turistas ocidentais , melhor adaptação
Pros:

Localização excelente , equipe muito cordial e prestativa. Café da manhã bom pena que precisa chegar até 9:30h pois encerra as 10:00

Cons:

Quartos pequenos , falta armários e ganchos para melhor atender uma família de 4 pessoas , custo elevado em relação aos demais hotéis. Mas tudo funcionou muito bem!!!

The customer service, location and free snacks on the 2nd floor. I loved that they helped us store our luggage so we could go to Kyoto and check in later. Very professional staff
