Perfect location, easy to get to 3 different lines and 5 min walk to Tokyo Station. Many places to eat and konbinis minutes away.

The lounge was nice in the evening. Also, since we didn't get our room cleaned, amenities were sent to our room separately in a box. That was very nice!

Friendly staff, good location, onsen, Coffee bar. Also they recommend some excellent restaurants.

Great location, nice touch with the kitchen area and free snacks and drinks. Staff were excellent.

The breakfasts were a happy surprise. We didn't expect more than perhaps some bakery items, fruit and coffee. The hot dishes you provided were delightful to try. Also enjoyed the yogurt and rolls, It was thoughtful to provide dark bread in addition to the many more sweet bakery items.
Using the breakfast room in the afternoons and evenings was a bonus. It provided tables and chairs to work on a computer. Having beverages and treats (especially the dried fruits/berries and nuts) helped balance all the many sweet treats you provided. We were amazed that this room was monitored both morning and afternoon. The attendant made sure the tables were cleared and clean. We liked the small tray and wiping cloth on each table so we could be sure the table was clean.
The hotel location was perfect. With the Tokyo train station and marvelous shopping area within walking distance we saved both time and money. Our three Viator tours also started within walking distance. Another bonus.
We felt safe even though the hotel was close to the main train station. Requiring the use of the room key any time one access the hotel floors added to our feeling of safety.
To have a late checkout required a little compensation on our part, but that was only fair. We appreciate being able to stay a couple more hours to line up better with our flight home.
We would definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and other family members.

도쿄역에서 내려 지하상가 23번 출구로 나가면 바로 찾을수 있는 위치에 있습니다. 호텔 옆에는 로손 편의점이 있고 5분 거리에 지하철 긴자선을 이용할 수 있는 역이 있습니다. 긴자까지 10분 이상 소요되지만 도보 이동이 가능하며 낮 시간에는 도보권에 백화점과 지하상가를 이용하기 좋고 밤 시간에는 주변이 조용해서 잠을 방해 받지 않아 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 체크인 절차는 짧고 간단합니다. 2층 라운지엔 간단한 식음료를 무료로 이용 가능하고 어메니티를 무료로 제공합니다. 커넥팅 룸을 이용햇는데 연결된 통로 문을 닫으면 옆방의 소리가 들리지 않고 조용합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침대는 편했습니다. 도쿄에서 평균적인 트윈룸 사이즈보다 훨씬 넓은편이라 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 있어서 좋았습니다 가족여행에서 아주 좋은 선택이 되리라 생각합니다
