我們在一月底二月初時連住了六晚，它的地點、服務、空間、價位都拿捏得恰到好處，非常適合當作旅遊基地，會讓我們想再度光臨。
Pros:

【地點】位於東京車站八重洲側，步行十分鐘內可達東京車站，搭乘大眾交通工具十分方便，要逛附近的商圈也很輕鬆寫意。
【服務】遇到的每個服務人員都很友善，櫃檯的服務人員能說流利的英語，溝通十分方便。
【空間】室內空間大小適宜，雖非十分寬敞，但足以讓三個大行李箱同時敞開。玄關跟寢室有做區隔，乾淨俐落。浴室跟廁所空間各自獨立，使用上很方便。
【設備】室內設備維持得很好，彷彿像新的一樣。跟牆面一樣寬大的液晶智慧電視，除固定頻道外也可觀賞一些知名網路傳流，視覺效果與操作體驗都很好。

Great location and definitely might book again for our next trip to Japan. The location is just superbe.
Pros:

The location of the property is top notch - few minutes to Tokyo station (Shinkansen area), great food and restaurant choices in walking distance, walking distance to Ginza (down ginza chuo street ) up to nihonbashi and further, breakfast buffet has a great variety, rooms were comfortable (at least the ones with 4bed inside even though a bit small - ideal for 3 people but would be very crowded for 4) - but location is key in Tokyo and hands down one of the best ones.

Cons:

There is no natural light coming in at all , we staid on the 4th floor and basically the walls of the building next door are inches away from the window, plus except of sir at the reception was quite unwelcoming - like we were travelling with smokers and it is already difficult find areas for them to smoke ; the hotel has a smoking area but when we arrived and asked whether there is any place they could smoke he literally sent them out to an underground place not providing access to the smoking room just because it was prior to check-in time. Honestly unimaginable in Europe … except though for this one staff person everyone was super friendly especially the kitchen and cleaning team. Thank you Mrs Nagai-San and her team for all her help with our laundry machine (big plus) in our room.
