I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Walkable distance to train stations. There is a convenient store next to it. Spacious and has a washer/dryer in the room. Bathroom is super clean and has a bidet. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful.

위치가 진짜 좋았어요. 시부야뿐만 아니라 긴자, 도쿄타워를 가실분들께는 진짜 추천하고 싶어요.

Cons:

정말 크다는 기준은 사람마다 다른가봐요... 절대 크지 않아요. 저희는 3인 슈페리어 트리플룸이라고 사진에는 엄청 넓어 보였는데 사진에 속지 마세요. 그냥 2인룸에 엑스트라 침대 있는거라 진짜 좁았어요.

Amazing hotel for a family with little kids
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel at this price in the middle of Tokyo. Logistics is awesome, room was clean, small (which is normal for Tokyo/Japan), and with a nice well-supplied bathroom. The second floor lounge with complimentary evening appetizers/snacks and drinks is a great addition. Kids loved it. They provided pajamas, which I wore.

Fabulous service, great location
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had everything in the room that we needed and was very handy having the washing machine. The shower was excellent. The breakfast buffet set us up for the day - no complaints from our two teenage boys there! A few minutes walk to Tokyo Station was ideal for our travel.

Very comfortable stay at Karaksa Colours
Pros:

Karaksa Colours is a really great hotel - location is perfect, close to Tokyo Station but far enough away for less noise, staff were excellent, very helpful when my luggage was delayed in arriving, room was comfortable and quiet, excellent laundry facilities and food was good.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit limited, but the basics are covered. There are plenty of food options close by if you want something different.

Location to Tokyo station and the Shinkase platfoorm is excellent.
Pros:

This is very close to Tokyo Station, which was very convenient. The lounge area on floor 2, with free snacks and a place to relax, was excellent. The staff was very good.
