Tot, la situació, disseny, tranquil·litat, atenció.
M'ha fet recordar les atencions als hotels que s'han perdut com acompanyar als clients a l'habitació. Feia molt anys que no m'ho feien i, la veritat, m'ha agradat molt el detall

Cons:

Rebre missatges de benvinguda i d'acomiadament al voltant de les 5 de la matinada..... no són hores.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, muy tranquilo y agradable. Su personal encantador, éramos un grupo de 11 personas y todo fue excepcional

Perfect location and very nice room that was modern but full of character
Pros:

You could not get a better location to the cathedral for the money if you tried. We got upgraded to a beautiful king suite with a nice view of the Praza do Obradoiro and a roll-top bath. The room had a nice blend of character with the stone walls mixed with modern amenities, and was a decent price for Santiago. Despite facing the main square of the city, the room was pretty quiet. The staff were all very friendly too.

Cons:

We opted for breakfast and found it was not really worth it for the price.
Otherwise no complaints!
