Pros:

Literally steps away from the cathedral.
Staff helped me switch rooms, cause be warned, there is no elevator, and I came injured.

Perfect location to stay to explore Santiago after walking the Camino. Just steps away from the Santiago Cathedral, restaurants, and shops. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y muy bueno el desayuno.

Cons:

Que no hubiera elevador para subir a la habitación y tuvieramos que subir las maletas. Somos adultos mayores.

Pros:

Everything. Beautiful apartment, fabulous facilities, an incredible location and an absolutely stunning view. Wonderful staff on hand too.

Incredible location and very comfortable
Pros:

The location was phenomenal. Such easy access to the cathedral and historic district of Santiago was wonderful. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed coffee in the morning before we started our day.

Cons:

The only negative is that there is no door to partition the sleeping area from the bathroom. With a roommate, it’s a little awkward, not having a bathroom door.

Disappointing bearing in mind the price.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the main square so very convenient.

Cons:

The room was way too hot and the air con couldn’t be adjusted to make it cooler. The breakfast room was freezing cold in contrast. The receptionist hardly made eye contact when we arrived as she was busy typing!
