Интернет (скорость) рабочая. Вид из окна с 12 этажа. Чайная станция(чай, сахар, вода), каждый день уборка в номерах.
Шампунь, гель, кондиционер.
Охрана около здания.
Завтрак для европейцев адаптирован, есть фрукты, мюсли, делают омлет. Есть вареные яйца.
Заказ еды в номер. Просили не острое, без специй. В итоге принесли острые и несъедобные бутерброды.
Нет тапочек.

Breakfast was fine, rooms are good, hotel is decent.
The location did not work well with me. I was a female travelling alone for work. Did not expect a red light area in a close proximity. Although the property is pretty safe but not sure of night time.

Breakfast always the same. They need to change it up abit.
Got take out dinner from outside for elderly, the hotel refused to provide plates and cutlery. I think service based on circumstances matters. I visited this hotel multiple times, i think the room needs abit of renovation.
But overall, the hotel is decent compared to whats around in the area.
The approach with which Mohd Zeeshan Shaikh handled our situation and accepted the blame for poor service was great.
The room had broken blinds and curtains. The key card did not work for 2/3 nights we stayed there. Hot water system was broken for 2/3 nights we stayed. Staff was not helpful and smiled when we complained about the hot water. Restaurant were making special breakfast for some of the guests, but when we requested, were denied the breakfast rudely. They had extreme partiality for certain type of the guests and they were unfair with us. When we broght this up with the Manager, we were denied refund for the poor stay which is quite unprofessional and rude.

My room on 6th floor, bathroom was a bit tired.
Breakfast was good but not many options for a none indian style, they do good omelettes on request. The food in the restaurant is also good, there are no suitable options in the vicinity of the hotel. The location is great for access to the Aqua line metro, about a 10 mins walk. Staff are friendly and helpful enough. The rooms are spacious and clean and bottled water is suplied daily.
The hotel is a bit past its best, although a good enough hotel, I wouldn't recommend to first time India travellers and there are better located hotels to see Mumbai.
