The hotel needs to do more for guest services. Staff are not very welcoming and look grumpy.

We had a very nice stay at "Adiva Residency Beacon". Considering its location, it was pretty well isolated from the street noise and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and there was no sign of any insects. Great food menu and room service option at any time. The people at the reception and at the restaurant were always very friendly and helpful. Big Thanks to all of them!

Very good rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful and even arranged breakfast at 3 am for a number of us who were participating in the Mumbai marathon.
