Molto bella la posizione, il design dell’appartamento e i servizi. È un palazzo ristrutturato molto bene nel centro della città comodo a tutto.
La finestra della camera da letto era un po’ mal funzionante e bisogna essere avvisati che essendo in centro città sino dalle prime ore si sentono rumori dalla strada noi soggiornavamo al secondo piano dalla parte della strada, affacci molto belli ma che portano rumore forse è anche un tema di infissi non adeguati per l’isolamento acustico
Location is amazing, a Stones thrown from the bachillerato on one side and the buzzy distrito on the other, but yet sitúate in a quien Street.

Location; simply perfect. You can walk to almost everywhere in the city, and many public transportation options are available at stops just 50 meters away. We stayed in a studio room. The marble accessories, designer cabinet, overall cleanliness of the room, as well as the bathroom and kitchen were absolutely excellent. Using a code for check-in and check-out is also very convenient, as it allows complete independence without needing assistance from anyone.

Los apartamentos están en pleno centro, el nuestro además daba a un patio interior bastante amplio y muy silencioso y tranquilo. Muy limpio, acogedor y bien decorado. Tiene todo tipo de menaje en la cocina y en el baño. El gel de Nuxe con olor a miel era maravilloso.

La ubicación, la facilidad de acceso con el código, el apartamento por dentro muy nuevo y el servicio, ya que son flexibles con la entrada y salida.

Hasta no recibir la factura no se ve que has pagado por 2 noches 700 €!!!!!! Pues estuvimos 9 noches y nadie indicó esta subida. Aprovechan la carrera que había ese fin de semana para ROBAR A LOS CLIENTES que están más tiempo..
The location is perfect, in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the busier parts of San Sebastián, both the newer and the old town, and the beach. If you want to travel a bit further out ( the beautiful ChillidaLeku sculpture park for instance), the local bus services are very good, cheap and easy to use.
I was contacted by email a couple of days before our arrival to make an online payment and also to do an online check-in. After a quick phone call to The Passage to verify ( thanks for your help Merin), that was done and I received the entry code. ( this took a couple of tries initially, but then it was fine, and easier than carrying keys), and we were very grateful to be able to access our apartment early , rather than just dropping our bags off. Most communication was by email, very quick and efficient.
It was also nice to have the apartment cleaned and fresh linen midway through our stay ( this applies to stays of 6 nights or more). It was easy to arrange at a time convenient to us.
We also appreciated the umbrellas in the lobby…..a couple of days were very rainy!
The apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t cook any meals but it was nice to have a few things on hand for a snack, and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The selection of teas, coffee and little milks provided was very useful too.
Everything was very comfortable and of good quality, and the bed was great. There are lots of electrical sockets, and a USB charger by the bed.
Thank you for a great stay, we will be back in San Sebastián again soon, and would definitely stay at the Passage again.
The only thing I found difficult was the security safe, which was on the bottom of the storage unit. I had to crouch on the floor & use my phone torch to access the lock !
