Great value for money hotel with excellent restaurant attached.
Pros:

The front of office staff are fantastic, in particular Ian.
Fantastic breakfast and the pool was great for the kids.

Cons:

Surrounds of the pool area is a bit rough.

Great staff and prices are reasonable rooms are clean.
Pros:

Good location close to Lotus shopping mall and fairly priced. Great family friendly hotel. Pool was clean and well maintained . Steakhouse restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

Rooms are dated and could do with a revamp- showers were lukewarm .
Breakfast only gave you two options American or Thai breakfast.
Free tea or coffee all day was good.

Sidan om hotellet fanns ett fantastiskt steakhouse som var välbesökt.

Old world charm in an imposing building
Pros:

Charming grand hotel with much character & old world charm. Staff on hand very friendly.

Cons:

No balcony. But not big issue.
Would be nice to have a kettle to make coffee in morning rather than having to go down to reception to make it.

Wäre ein Tophotel, der Unterhalt kostet Geld anscheinend fehlt das. Zimmer war großzügig. Pool war das beste sehr schön und angenehm
