Pros:

Wow, how has this hotel got so bad. Lobby and check in fine. Room Discusting. Cockroches, mould, dirty sheets. No restaurant. Air con not cold and bangs. Booked for 5 nights, stayed one, and checked out

Totally outdated and filthy.
Pros:

Good question… nothing comes to mind.

Cons:

Despite having pool staff the pool was green and dirty. We did not dare to swim in it with the kids. There was no warm water in both bathrooms. Stains all over the place, including curtains.

I cut my leg in the swimming pool, it needs updating and got some blood on a towel in the room witch I did not notice and I lost my deposit for the room witch I thought was harsh

Pros:

Paid for a room with king bed they gave me a twin room until I corrected them. Then they assigned the correct room. WIFI was terrible. Air conditioner on last leg made loud noises whenever its running.
No air conditioning in loby and hallways. Charged me 40 baht for small bucket of ice for room. Cleaning staff was great but hotel has many problems. Cannot recommend.
