Pros:

The place is close to a main avenue where you can find supermarket and there are lots of restaurants nearby. But it's quiet and maybe 20 mins walk to the old town.
It's a contactless check-in. So a few hours before the check-in time we received the code for the door.
The room is spacious and it has a nice sized bathroom. There were some free coffee, tea and water that we really appreciated. The communication was via what's app and was fast and efficient.

Cons:

Our only issue was that the heater could be a bit stronger. It wasn't warming the room and there could be a place to leave the luggage for a few hours.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και καθαρό. Σύγχρονο στυλ με όλες τις ανέσεις

Cons:

Δυστυχώς τις δύο φορές (μεσημέρι-βράδυ) που επιχείρησα να κάνω μπάνιο το νερό ήταν χλιαρό.

Pros:

Ease of access, comfortable and clean. Location was fine, easy access to most places by bus though quite a distance to walk.

Cons:

Very tired looking furniture and decorations. The stairs to access the apartment were very steep and narrow. The kitchenette had nowhere to cook other than a microwave. It didn't quite live up to the description however this did not massively impact our stay. We still had an enjoyable time

Clean, comfortable and good value, but check-in could be clearer.
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised with the apartment – it had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. Comfortable stay overall. Good value for money and plenty of nice local coffee shops nearby for breakfast.

Cons:

The check-in process wasn’t very clear. There are multiple apartments and no reception, so it was confusing on arrival trying to find our apartment number and door code. The details were sent via WhatsApp, but this wasn’t made obvious in advance. Also, the coffee machine only had one pod each and no milk or extras.
