Extra charges of MYR 20 charged for a toilet

I liked the location of room and it was clean.

Cons:

I booked the apartment for 67 MYR however there was no attached toilet. When I complained to the staff then another room was allotted with attached toilet however with an additional charge of MYR 20. They told me that maybe on website the correct price has not been updated.

Expected Bad Experience
Pros:

Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms. Paid additional cost and checked in. To prevent others from having this bad experience, some checking should be done by Hotel.com.

Pros:

Had very very bad experience staying here as the hotel was the worse I have stayed.The room is was like the old village type and whereby the bed has no bed frame at all....mattress only.The worse is there is no water tap inside bathroom meaning after going toilet how do u wash coz the water heater pipe does not come tht long also.

Please look into the cleanliness part coz the fan was full of dust
