Gerne wieder - Rundum zufrieden!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bett – es war außergewöhnlich bequem und hat für einen tollen Schlaf gesorgt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und stand mir bei allen Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite.
​Der Fitnessbereich sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Fotos (jedes Gerät ist einmal vorhanden) und das Schwimmbad wirkte optisch zwar etwas klein, aber sauber. Da ich beides während meines Aufenthalts nicht aktiv genutzt habe, kann ich zur Funktionalität keine genaue Aussage treffen, aber der optische Eindruck war gut.
Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich wünsche dem Team des Hotels nur das Beste und weiterhin viel Erfolg – ich komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war leider überwiegend auf Spanisch möglich (Meckern auf hohem Niveau). Da einige Mitarbeiter jedoch etwas Englisch sprachen und wir uns mit einer Übersetzer-App auf dem Handy behelfen konnten, hat letztlich alles super geklappt.

Estancia perfecta!
Pros:

Era justo lo que esperábamos, cerca de la Central de Autobuses (10 minutos) y un excelente buffet de desayuno. Todo el personal, desde el recepción, empleados del restaurante, y nuestra camarera, todos fueron muy amables y serviciales!
